Solitude is a joy!

A really great look at finding joy in quiet and how important it is for internal growth. Very much neeed in our current times.

Quiet wisdom in spades

This is such a smart show — Julia has masterful instincts for pacing, interviewing, and raising thoughtful, candid questions. I’m always left both soothed and smarter, in equal measure.

What a great addition to the podcast landscape

The topic of loneliness is much more important in modern western society that most of us realize and Julia tackles is so beautifully with sensitivity, empathy and incisiveness. A must listen for those interested in....well...humans.
