At 16, I had it all figured out. By 25, I had my dream job as editor in chief of a teen dance magazine. But now, at 32, I’m not really sure who I am, what I’m doing, or what I want to be when I grow up. I know one thing, though: I love running and I love talking to people. So on the Ali on the Run Show, I talk to everyday runners, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders I find interesting and inspiring, and I get inside their heads to figure out how their decisions, successes, failures, and missteps can help guide my own. Whether you’re on the run toward something great or away from something that’s holding you back, join me on this never-ending adventure, and let’s all pick up the pace together.

Bringing it every week

Ali on the Run podcast is so entertaining. I download every episode the minute it comes out! Ali brings out the best in her guests. I always listen while running!! I swear it helps me run a bit faster and with Joy!

So much fun!

I, like most runners, really like talking about running. I also really enjoy listening to people talk about it, and Ali has created the absolute best delivery system for the latter! I love when people talk about running in the podcast but sometimes they don’t and I discovered that that doesn’t matter to me. I just like listening to Ali talk with other people about what interests both of them, whether it be relationships, motherhood, or their career. It’s a running podcast but it’s also more than that and it’s all the better for the widened scope of topics shared among interesting, lovely people. Her interviews feel confidently handled, warm, enthusiastic, and fun. Definitely give it a listen! I bet you’ll enjoy it.

Love the variety!

I started listening while I would run, sure, but quickly came to enjoy Ali’s personality and skills and hearing from runners about their lives. I’m excited that Ali is branching out beyond just the running talk and being true to herself!
