I’m so glad that I found this podcast. Brandon leads a challenging yet accessible flow. He is encouraging and inspiring despite not being here in person. I love that there are options for different class lengths as well to fit my schedule that day. I really appreciate you providing this for the times I cannot get to the studio. 🙏🏻

I hope you know how life changing the work you do is. You give so much and it is appreciated by so many. My friend introduced me to your podcast, she was a student at smith and then we started traveling together. Your podcast was one of the things we took with us in every single country we went to. We even had inside jokes about it. Doing your classes felt like coming home. Even though you don’t know me I feel as if I know you. Thank you thank you thank you! “You don’t learn from experience, you learn what you choose to learn from experience” that’s the little nugget of knowledge I got to learn today.

I’ve been practicing hot yoga since 2009 and only been to Brandon’s studio in Brookline once but very familiar and a regular practitioner of Baptiste style power yoga. Brandon‘s podcast has been my beloved go-to since Covid. Thank you Brandon for continuing to post your practices for those of us who don’t have the ability to attend in person. 🙌🏼
