Australia's Dividend Darlings, don't expect rate cuts soon & where we find information

The United States has the Dividend Aristocrats - a group of companies in the S&P 500 that have raised their dividend for 25 years or more. But we don't have an equivalent here in Australia - until now.
We've done the work and created our own group: Australia's Dividend Darlings.
Tune in to hear what criteria we used and which companies made the cut. More importantly, hear how the Dividend Darlings have performed against the overall Australian share market over the past 10 years.
Here's what else we cover in today's episode:

Expert: Joe Wright - Three ways to invest in resources | Airlie Funds Management

The old stock market adage tell us that 'Australia is a land of banks and miners'. But beyond the big 3 miners, there are plenty of interesting companies in the resources sector.
In this interview with Airlie's Joe Wright we get the low down on how we analyses resources businesses.
    In today’s episode we cover:
Airlie Funds Management's 4 step process to analyse any companyHow to decide to invest in the commodity itself or the commodity producerThe hallmarks of a good company in the resources sector. A company that Airlie particularly likes as a 'picks and shovels' play to the resources sector

Great Learning Tool

I live this podcast. Particularly the interviews with Andrew Brown. I wish they would go back and redo the initial episodes where good beginning lessons happened because the sound quality is lacking...big echo.
