Swish and Flick: A Harry Potter Podcast

First of all, thank you so much for this podcast. I actually started listening to this podcast only a month or so ago when I realized that my love for true crime was making my anxiety, much worse, even though I didn’t want to admit it. I needed something that was positive and happy and cheerful, and something that made my heart smile. Coming across this podcast was just what I needed. You all are funny and witty and kind and inclusive and deep and beautiful, inside and out. Listening to you all is my favorite part of my day besides my family time. Proud Ravenclaw here (insert Sarah’s celebratory cheers lol)! I started reading Harry Potter when I was around 8 in 2003 or 2004. My aunt got me the books that were out at that time, 1-4. I was fairly young, but this was my introduction to reading bigger books. My aunt continued to buy me each book as they released and I still have first editions of each in hardcover and they are in great shape. Anyway! I’ve been a fan of HP since the first time I opened the first book. Being a lifelong fan and not having read the books in probably over a decade means I get to rediscover so many things that make this series and the spinoffs so enjoyable and interesting and just wonderful. Speaking of wonderful, I want to thank everybody who is on the podcast and who works on it behind the scenes. As someone who researched and looked into podcasting, holy man it’s a lot of work and time and energy. So thank you all for that. I feel like I’ve gotten to know each podcaster, and I genuinely feel like I’m hanging out with my best friends as I listen. I laugh and I giggle and I feel like I understand each of you so well because I listen so frequently. I love the dynamic between everyone and I genuinely miss those who have to leave permanently or even just take a little time off. I even do a pretty killer Florence impression, if I do say so myself LOL. I’ve literally picked up on your speech patterns! You guys have brought light and spirit back to me. I’m so grateful. Thank you for near 500 episodes - I’m in the 80s right now and I never want it to end. You all are amazing people and you make the world better. Especially mine.

I am a new listener and I just fell in love with this podcast. You guys make me laugh and cry dying. The goat with abs cracked me up so much to. My mom and my friend was begging me to read the series. After a year I finally read it and regret my refusal. Now I am upsesed with the series and a happy slythrinclaw just waiting to go back to my friend and tell them a Wierd joke from Swish and Flick.

This podcast is amazing and makes me laugh and I just started listening to it so hope you guys make more! And my dream is to see Tom Felton As Draco in the cursed child I started reading Harry Potter In 2023. My mom got me the books for Christmas and we started reading the first one together then I finished all of the books by myself. Then watched the movies . I just turned 14 in August and I am a new Harry Potter fan but read all of the books and watched all the movies. My house is Slytherin Slytherin forever and always 🐍💚

I got in to Harry Potter at 9 and I love it
