Kane wins the Ballon d’Or! And Real win El Clasico!

It’s a Ballon d’Or special edition of the Totally European Show, with Seb Stafford-Bloor, Tom Williams and Pol Ballus all joining James Richardson live to discuss King Harry taking football's biggest individual crown. On the pitch, Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid become the first team to beat Barcelona in La Liga this season, with Kylian Mbappe scoring twice in a 2-1 win. That leaves Atletico Madrid just two points off the leaders. In Germany, Bayern win 3-1 at Freiburg without Vincent Kompany on the touchline as he recovers in hospital after collapsing during training. Niclas Fullkrug can’t stop scoring for Werder Bremen, while in Italy there are still four teams unbeaten after eight games for the first time ever. Liverpool overturned a 2-0 deficit to beat Villarreal 4-3 at Anfield, thanks to two Mac Allister goals and two assists from player of the match, Rio Ngumoha. Bayern v Arsenal & PSG v Barca headline Champions League week

It’s another Euro Show and there are more blockbuster Champions League fixtures to look ahead to. Arsenal strike late at Forest…and are Brighton in the title race?

Jimbo has Daniel Storey, JJ Bull and Tim Spiers for company after Matchday 7 of the Premier League. Champions Arsenal were made to wait at the City Ground but Noni Madueke’s late strike took the 3 points home for the Gunners as Forest continue to struggle in front of goal. PSG outclass Man City ahead of big Premier League weekend

The show is great of course but ever since they’ve been including video, the integration with Apple Podcasts has been poor. I cannot download an episode and play it offline. This is the only podcast series that gives me problems.

When u add video it is no longer a podcast. and now it sucks. also half the episodes literally are unplayable. Literally, not figuratively. Lost Arsenal Clarke asap. Insuffererable, unlistenable. Bring back Rafa. The people demand it! Otherwise, simply the best UK based football pod, by far. (Only Second Captains, Irish, on football is as good...or possibly better, heresy I know.) No wonder Glendenning is so bitter. On a side note. Laurens is a buffoon and shouldn’t be allowed on, and certainly shouldn’t be allowed talk about France or PSG. Not a real journalist. Gallic apologist. Again, bring back Rafa. Not the same without him, but for the love of all that is holy please please please dump Adrian Clarke who is simply an Arsenal booster.
