    One of my favorite things to do when I was younger was have play dates. There was something so magical about not having a plan… just co-creating the day. We'd get creative, eat wild snacks (hello pudding pops with peanut butter and fluff), and give roles to all of our imaginary friends.     If You Want Inner Peace, Listen to This

    This feels surreal to share. Today marks the release of my 500th podcast episode. 🙌🎉💛 This podcast has walked with me through healing, rebuilding, spiritual awakening, trusting my intuition when it made no logical sense, and realizing that inner peace is the most important metric of success. Through life-changing conversations with luminaries, wise souls, spiritual teachers, and brilliant experts, I've shared so much with you. From opening up about addiction, divorce and remarriage, changing my life narrative midlife, coming out of the spiritual closet, to parenting my nonverbal stepdaughter with autism.     Are We Losing Our Humanity? | Gregg Braden

The existence of non-human intelligence has been part of our history and is becoming more acknowledged. The choices we make daily impact our sense of well-being and creativity. We must love ourselves enough to preserve our unique gifts and divinity.   About Gregg Braden Gregg Braden is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, scientist and pioneer in the emerging paradigm bridging science, social policy and human potential. From 1979 to 1991, Gregg worked as a problem solver during times of crisis for Fortune 500 companies, including Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) where he worked as a Senior Computer Systems Designer, and Cisco Systems, where he became the first Technical Operations Manager in 1991.
