Practical Approach to Fitness

I absolutely appreciate BJs experience and wisdom shared in this podcast. He dolls out tons of free advice that is practical for 90% or more of your fitness goals. His approach and philosophy totally aligns with mine (with the exception of me being an endurance runner). I enjoy his attitude and passion for helping others. Even when he’s talking about something that I’m not interested in (usually basketball), I find something useful in what he’s talking about. He also got me into boxing, and I thoroughly enjoy it.

QUESTION: What 3-5 movements or exercises do you recommend for an EHOH approach to mostly maintain strength?

TLDR version: Given that I run 2-3 days a week and train with boxing 2 days a week to support my current fitness goals, I find it difficult to also schedule consistent 20-40 minute workouts like Express and GG. I feel I can better add in movement and exercise in an EHOH approach. Knowing that this approach might not deliver significant improvements or gains, what movements would you suggest to maintain? From what I’ve learned from your programming, I’m focusing on pull-ups, dips, and step-ups with the plan to add get-ups and crawls. I know it will depend on the individual but I’m curious about your perspective.
