Favorite Health Podcast

The Positive Thread is one of my favorite podcasts, hands down. All of the content that Heather provides has really helped me on my health journey. I’ve been able to tackle my emotional eating, cutting down on sugar, eating more greens and low GI carbs and I’ve lost almost 20 lbs! I always recommend Heather and her podcast to my friends that are interested in where to start on their health and wellness journey. She really taught me that it all starts with mindset. Thank you, I love you, keep the content coming!

Fear and anxiety

I test for covid everyday and I’m mother of 4 . I just listened to this and apparently God directed me to listen to this because it was exactly everything that I needed to hear. Thank you for sharing your wise words even to the caffeine intake everything you said was exactly what I needed! How you talk about your spirituality and health and fitness is what is in my day to day life! Keep doing what your doing! Your amazing!
