Hi, I’m Dax Shepard, and I love talking to people. I am endlessly fascinated by the messiness of being human, and I find people who are vulnerable and honest about their struggles and shortcomings to be incredibly sexy. I invite you to join me as I explore other people’s stories. We will celebrate, above all, the challenges and setbacks that ultimately lead to growth and betterment. What qualifies me for such an endeavor? More than a decade of sobriety, a degree in Anthropology and four years of improv training. I will attempt to discover human “truths” without any laboratory work, clinical trials or data collection. I will be, in the great tradition of 16th-century scientists, an Armchair Expert.

Craig Nelson Fantastic

Love Armchair Experts for it's smart humor and fascinating guests. Before listening, I wasn't aquainted with Dax Shepard as an actor but will have to see what's streaming and get caught up. I recently finished his interview with Craig Nelson, which was hands-down one if the best podcasts I've heard to date!

Fact check unnecessary but besides that it’s awesome

My one concern.

I love this show. I’ve listened to it from the beginning and haven’t missed an episode. My one concern was the timing of the ad for the supplement for premature ejaculation in the wake of the abortion bans in several states. I turned the episode off after it came on because I just can’t take another advancement in men’s health when women’s health is still at risk. The reach of this podcast is admittedly more female dominant through a previous fact check. It felt a little backwards to me.
