H2H is EVERYTHING!
Human to human. Not B2B or B2C. So simple and so applicable. My lightbulb moment was, that as consumers become more and more aware of sales and marketing tactics, it's CRITICAL to be a human being. We as content creators have to be authentic, ethical and human. Funnels are great, offers are great, but you have to bring your most authentic sense of self to connect, and sell. Everyone is in sales...of yourself!
I have been in jobseeking on and off for 18 months. I’m also self-employed. I came to this podcast based on Lori Ruff’s 5-Minute Drill for Executive Networking success. My takeaway from this is that actions speak louder than words. I loved the quote from Einstein that if you aren’t learning you are dying. And that we are all winners because we are here!
