    Zama was house-sitting and looking after someone’s parrot, Poppie. The owner told her to put the bird outside on its perch every day to get some sunlight. Yesterday, Poppie decided to spread its wings and flew away! Zama called the owner to explain what had happened, only to be told that if Poppie isn’t back by the time they return, she won’t get paid. So now the question is: if you’re looking after someone’s pet and something goes wrong, should you still get paid, or must you take responsibility?     Which would you rather live next to: a drummer or a DJ?

    Imagine you’ve moved into a new place and your neighbour turns out to be a musician. Not the occasional weekend hobby, this person is practising ALL the time. On one side, you’ve got the drummer: bang, bang, bang… the same beat being played over and over, sometimes for hours. You can hear every kick, snare and cymbal through the walls. On the other side, you’ve got the DJ who seems to believe your home is part of the nightclub. Bass shaking the windows, music pumping through the walls and suddenly it’s 11pm and they’re still testing “one more track.” Both are loud. Both can drive you absolutely mad.     What do you carry with you when you travel...?

    What is the moratorium on bringing up something that is wrong? How long do you have to ask someone?

    Kabelo Mabalane says everybody needs somebody and he is here to tell us why?

    If you grew up with TKZee, you know Kabelo Mabalane as Bouga Luv one of the voices that helped define an era of South African music. From “Shibobo” and “Dlala Mapantsula” with TKZee to “Pantsula 4 Life” in his solo career, Kabelo has been part of the soundtrack of South Africa for decades. But it’s been 11 years since his last solo album, and now he’s back not trying to recreate the Kabelo of the past, but making music from the man he has become: a husband, father, pastor and someone who has lived through some very different chapters of his life. His new single “Everybody Needs Somebody” featuring The Arrows is already out, and it’s the first taste of his upcoming tenth solo album, For King And Country.     Parking wars in the complex… who does the visitors parking belong to?

    A neighbourly parking dispute is causing tension in a complex. Every Friday, a woman at number 10 parks in one of the visitors’ bays apparently to keep the parking available for her visitors who arrive in a white BMW. The problem is that another resident’s husband regularly uses that same visitors’ bay to park his company car. So now there’s an argument over who gets to use the visitors’ parking the resident who wants to keep it available for her guests, or the person who has been using it as a regular parking spot?
