    🍂 Fall is here! The Fall Equinox and Libra season arrive this week, bringing a beautiful shift from the outward energy of summer into a slower, quieter, more inward season. It’s a natural time to pause, reflect, and get back into balance. ⚖️ Libra season is all about balance, relationships, harmony, beauty, and what we value. This is a great week to take an honest look at your life and notice where you might be giving too much, doing too much, or not making enough time for yourself. You don’t have to change everything. It's time for a little fine-tuning of your life.  🌙 The Harvest Moon arrives Saturday, giving us a beautiful opportunity to reflect on our own harvest. What have you grown? What have you learned? How have you changed? Instead of focusing on what you need to release, this Full Moon invites you to count your blessings and appreciate how far you’ve come. ✨ The energy is shifting, and we want to shift with it. Slow down a little. Get quiet. Go inward. Sometimes we need less stimulation and more stillness so we can actually hear our intuition and connect with Spirit and our guides. 📓 And because we’re moving into a slower, more connected time of year, it’s the perfect time to focus on your spiritual practice.     #463 - Energy Update for September 13 - 20: Becoming Someone New

    🌙 A New Chapter Is Beginning We’re stepping into some really interesting energy as we move toward fall. We’ve just closed the eclipse portal, September is a 1 month in a 1 year, and the Fire Horse is bringing plenty of forward movement. It feels like we’ve cleared out the old and are finally getting a glimpse of what comes next.  🔄 Five Retrogrades + Deep Integration We have five planetary bodies retrograde as we head into fall, including Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, Uranus, and Chiron. This isn’t about everything going backward. It’s about what’s happening underneath the surface as we heal, reconsider and figure out how to actually live the insights we gained during eclipse season. We’re moving forward more consciously and with intention. 🌊 Neptune Meets Pluto On September 15, Neptune sextiles Pluto for the second time in a long term series of supportive aspects. Neptune brings spirituality and intuition, while Pluto brings deep transformation. Put them together and you get spiritual insight meeting deep transformation. This is about moving from simply understanding spiritual concepts to actually living them, and trusting our intuition and inner knowing.  🔥 Beginning Again, But Not From Scratch Saturn, Neptune and Chiron are all retrograde in Aries, bringing themes of courage, action and new beginnings. We’re beginning again, but we’re not beginning from scratch. Eclipse season showed us what needs to change, Virgo season helps us make a plan, and these Aries retrogrades are helping us build our lives around who we really are. 🍎 A Perfect Time for Renewal Today is also the last day of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, a sacred time of reflection, renewal and beginning again. And the timing is pretty amazing. So much of the energy right now is about closing one chapter, making room for the next, and trusting that we’re getting exactly what we need for our highest good. Talk about divine timing! ✨

    🍂 Fall is here energetically! Even though the official first day of fall hasn’t arrived, Labor Day weekend always feels like the beginning of a new season. The days are getting shorter, the mornings are cooler, and we’re naturally beginning to shift from the outward energy of summer into a quieter, more inward season. 🌬️ In Ayurveda, fall is associated with Vata energy, about air, movement, change, and transition. You may notice your thoughts feeling more scattered or suddenly have the urge to reorganize your home, start new projects, or change your routine. The antidote? More grounding: warm, nourishing foods, earlier bedtimes, structure, quiet time, and connecting with nature. 🌿 ✨ September is a 1 Month within a 1 Year, so we’re talking BIG new beginnings. Last week was about the fresh start, and now it’s time to start building and creating daily lives that actually reflect who we’re becoming and getting honest about what matters, what we want, and what needs to change. 🔥 And then comes September 10th, a huge day astrologically! Venus enters Scorpio and asks us to get real about what we truly want. Mercury enters Libra and helps us communicate those truths with honesty and kindness.     🌟 September is a BIG month energetically! Congratulations, we made it through eclipse season! Now we can take a big exhale, recalibrate with practical Virgo energy, and finally start moving forward again. 🔢 Numerology makes September especially powerful because it’s our first Universal 1 Month of 2026, giving us double 1 energy in a Universal 1 Year. The 1 is all about new beginnings, initiative, leadership, identity, and moving in a new direction. It’s a double green light for starting something new, changing direction, or finally getting something off the ground. And with the theme of “I AM,” we get to ask ourselves: Who am I now, and who am I becoming? 🔥 There is a little tension too. Mars squares Saturn on September 1st, which can create frustration when we’re ready to GO but something makes us slow down. The good news? That actually fits the energy of the month. We’re beginning a new nine month cycle, so we don’t have to rush. Start the process and let things unfold. 🌑 September 10th is the big astrology day, with Venus entering Scorpio, Mercury entering Libra, Uranus turning retrograde in Gemini, and a Virgo New Moon all happening on the same day! The New Moon gives us a much needed clean slate. Later in the month, Libra Season and the Fall Equinox arrive on the 22nd, bringing more balance, connection, beauty, and laughter. We’ll also see Mars move into Leo, Mercury enter Scorpio, and finish the month with the beautiful Harvest Full Moon on the 26th. 🌕🍂 ✨ September is really about recalibrating after eclipse season and stepping into our next chapter. We don’t have to have everything figured out, and we don’t have to rush. We just need to take the first step and see where it takes us. And I’m just really happy to have those eclipses in the rearview mirror!

    #460 - Energy Update for August 23 - 30: Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

    🌕 A Powerful Lunar Eclipse + A Shift Into Something New This week brings a powerful lunar eclipse in Pisces, peaking Thursday at 9:15 PM Pacific and 12:15 AM Eastern. We’ll be able to see it across the US, with about 96% of the Moon covered. This eclipse closes the eclipse portal, but the energy doesn’t simply disappear. Instead, we move into a period of integration over the next couple of weeks as we begin to understand what this eclipse season has set in motion. And wow, this eclipse season has been a doozy! So many people have been feeling exhausted, drained, foggy, or emotional. As we approach Thursday’s eclipse, those feelings may intensify. Lunar eclipses tend to bring things to the surface that have been building beneath the surface, especially around our relationships with other people, our work, our health, our bodies and ourselves. What comes up usually isn’t new. It’s something that’s been brewing for a while, and the eclipse shines a light on it. This could be a major emotional turning point or a sense of closure around something that has been part of your life for a long time. This eclipse is also amplified by some fascinating planetary energy. Mercury is cazimi, meaning it’s at the peak of its power, which can bring aha moments, breakthroughs, unexpected news and a completely different way of seeing something. The eclipse is also part of a Magic Triangle involving Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, which speaks to spiritual awakening and a shift in consciousness. There’s also a Boomerang Yod adding even more energy around change and growth. And then we have the North Node, which is about where we’re going. This gives the eclipse a feeling of moving forward into new territory. After all the changes we’ve experienced over the past year and a half, this eclipse feels like the final exclamation point on a very long period of transformation. That doesn’t mean nothing else will change, but it does feel like we’re finally turning a corner and moving into something new. There’s a deep wisdom woven through this eclipse, and a sense that we’re ready to move on from an old story and begin living a new one. So this week, expect some aha moments, some unexpected surprises, and maybe a little emotional intensity.     #459: Energy Update for August 16 - 23: The In-Between

    🌑 We’re in the in-between this week! We’re right in the middle of the eclipse portal, between last week’s Total Solar Eclipse and the Lunar Eclipse on August 27th. This can feel like a bit of a limbo period, where things are shifting but we don’t necessarily know what’s coming next. Plans can change, unexpected opportunities or endings can appear, and clarity may come in pieces. There’s no need to force anything. This is a week to slow down, pay attention, and let things unfold. 🔥 Mars is also helping move things along. Mars has just moved into Cancer, so its usual go-getter energy is a little softer right now. Instead of charging ahead and trying to make something happen, this is more about listening to your heart and your intuition. You may feel an inner nudge that says, I can’t keep doing this. I need to change. That internal push can be uncomfortable, but it may also be showing you where you’re ready to move in a new direction. 🌿 We’re also moving from Leo season into Virgo season, which begins next Saturday. I think of Virgo as back to school energy: making lists, getting organized, getting prepared and getting shit done! 😂 It’s a great time to simplify, declutter, create better routines and take all those ideas and inspiration from Leo season and actually bring them into everyday life. ✨ And one of Virgo’s greatest gifts is paying attention. Notice what keeps showing up. Notice what you’re suddenly excited about. Notice what you’re tired of. And especially notice what no longer feels like you. Virgo also reminds us that spirituality isn’t only found in meditation, ceremony or big mystical experiences. It can be found in making breakfast, walking the dog, washing the dishes or taking a shower. Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is simply be present for the life we’re actually living. 💫 So this week may feel like you’re between versions of yourself. Something is shifting, but you may not be able to put your finger on exactly what it is yet. You don’t have to figure it all out. Eclipse season often reveals things in stages, and sometimes the biggest transformation is happening within us before we can see it happening around us. So slow down, pay attention, stay open and let the universe do some of the driving. And most importantly, find a little more of the sacred in whatever is right in front of you.     #458 - Energy Update for August 9 - 16: Total Solar Eclipse in Leo

    🔥 This is NOT an ordinary week! We’re still riding the energy of the Triple 8 Lions Gate, and Wednesday brings a six-planet parade, a total solar eclipse, and the peak of the Perseid meteor shower, all within about 24 hours. That’s a LOT of cosmic activity packed into one day! ✨ The six-planet parade is about seeing the pieces of the puzzle finally come together. Then the total solar eclipse in Leo says, “Okay, now it’s time to start.” Eclipses can bring rapid change, unexpected endings, new beginnings, and opportunities for reinvention. And this one is especially unusual because Jupiter is also in Leo. The last time we had a Leo solar eclipse with Jupiter in Leo was 1943! ☄️ And then we have the Perseid meteor shower. Because the eclipse happens at a New Moon, there will be very little moonlight interfering with the meteors, making this an especially good year for viewing. Spiritually, meteors can symbolize messages, miracles, divine timing, and those sudden “aha” moments that can change the direction of our lives. 🔥 There’s another fascinating layer to all of this: there is a LOT of fire happening in the world right now, from Montana and the Western U.S. to Canada and across Europe. At the same time, we have an extraordinary amount of fire and air energy in the astrology. Fire is transformational. It burns away what’s no longer sustainable and creates space for something new. And that same energy may be transforming our lives, too. 💫 So instead of looking at this week and thinking, “Holy shit, what’s going to happen to me?” I want you to ask a different question: What do I want to create now? What do I want my life to look like now? Who do I want to be now? This week isn’t just about waiting to see what happens. It’s about recognizing that you get to have a say in what comes next.     #457 - Energy Update for August 2 - 9: 8/8 Lions Gate Portal

    ✨ August is HERE, and wow... this month is BIG! When I look at everything happening with the astrology and numerology, I don’t see a bunch of separate events. It's all connected, like one big story unfolding. And that incredible Aquarius Full Moon and Jupiter Cazimi from last week didn’t just wrap up July and disappear. That energy is coming right along with us into August. It was a wake-up call, and now we’re ready to step into who we’re really here to be.  🌙 August is a 9 Universal Month, which is all about endings, completion, wisdom, and letting go. We started a brand new 9-year cycle back in January, and now the first 9-month cycle is wrapping up. This isn’t about forcing change. It’s about letting go of what no longer fits and making room for what’s ready to come next. Endings aren’t failures. They’re graduations. And September brings us into a whole new cycle.  🦁 Then we have the 8/8 Lion’s Gate, and this year it’s a rare Triple 8! The Lion’s Gate is traditionally associated with awakening, abundance, courage, and stepping into your purpose. But I think this year it’s about something even bigger than manifesting more. It’s asking a different question: Who am I becoming? This isn’t about chasing more money or more stuff. It’s about being authentic, being happy, being present, and becoming more fully who you came here to be.  🌑 And then the eclipses arrive! The Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 12 is like hitting the reset button, opening the door to an entirely new chapter. Two weeks later, the Lunar Eclipse helps us complete the process and clean up whatever is still hanging around from the old one. When you put it all together, it feels like a roadmap: the Full Moon wakes us up, the 9 month helps us let go, the Lion’s Gate helps us dream bigger, and the eclipses move us forward.  ❤️ And here’s the really important part: this month isn’t about doing more. It’s about being more. Being present. Feeling your way through. Listening to your intuition instead of trying to force things to work. August may bring up emotions, endings, changes, or even a feeling that you’re being pulled in a new direction. Trust it. None of this means you’re off track. You’re making room for what’s next. The door is already open. The only question is whether you’re ready to walk through it. And we are. We’ve been preparing all year.
