This pod cast is amazing. He gives you all this great fitness and life lessons because he cares. He is not like most people. He puts his heart and soul into this podcast and his work and life and it shows. I have learned so many valuable nuggets of information that have made a difference in my life. I love that he has the f bombs a flowing occasionally. If you are not listening to this podcast, you are missing out!!!!! Amy danahy

First and foremost: Eric- thank you for existing in our worlds. It’s very hard to come across individuals who are genuine and passionate in their craft to help others improve their everyday. Creating long-term sustainable habits in the fitness/nutrition world can be difficult, but Eric is a true life l-changer when it comes to his insight and wisdom about all things nutrition and fitness. He’s not only motivating (and gives the best tough love when needed!), but he’s also understanding and truly makes you feel less alone.
