ARTIST PODCAST With Rafi And Klee

Wish you guys were around when I was growing up and dreaming about doing Art for a living..Even though I went into manufacturing I still pursued it (Art/Music) just for the shear enjoyment ln my spare time ..and now at 60 years old Iv’e been thinking of giving it another try following your great advice .its never too late !.Thank you Rafi and Klee ,love your work !💜

This is such a fun podcast with great advice for artists of any kind. I’m a writer/digital artist, and all the tips and inspiration about living a creative life are so encouraging. It’s a fun, hangout kind of show, perfect to put on, work to, and learn from.

Rafi…THANK YOU for your words of encouragement and wisdom on the Aug 22 episode. I very much needed to hear all of that. My goodness. Everything you talked about I’m going thru right now. Ok…for the last 8 months. LOL! But the encouragement from you (and Klee), knowing u both live it EVERYDAY, the struggles-2 steps forward, 5 steps back- but do it because you love it. PERIOD. end of story. Dude, that rang so true with me and I needed to hear it. In Dec 2021, I separated (ok was fired) from my regular 9-5 good paying job, and I decided to pick up the paint brushes again in plans to paint and illustrate. Needless to say, it’s been tough…denied unemployment, no $ coming in and just getting by, and thus, questioning if this is the right path. I’m blessed to have a VERY spiritual, supportive and loving life, so she has been hanging in there thru this process. At the end of the day, your words made me realize that no matter what happens (even if I have to maybe get a side gig, or even go back to working for the man), I need to continue to do my artwork because I do truly love it. In the book, Tatoos on the Heart, Fr Boyle quoted Mother Teresa saying “We are not called to be successful, but faithful.” He goes on to say “If you surrender your need for results and outcomes, success becomes God’s business.” Again, thank you to Rafi and Klee for your podcast(s) and Shari g your story and journey.
