I found this Podcast a few months ago, I am hooked I literally went back as far as I could! I lost 30 lbs while walking listening to you all! And Momma Nikki is THEE best to ever do it, she is undefeated! Thank you ladies for being the best and keeping us all engaged! I am going to Miss babygirl I wish her well and look forward to her pop-ups! Love some Momma Nikki Big Leo energy from Leo to another!

Just tuned in for the first time. I’m only 10 minutes in and I’m ready to tune out. Listening to the Big Lurch ep. First—it is completely disrespectful to mispronounce the victims name and be flippant about it. #2– the affect of the whole thing is weird. You’re recounting murder and cackling with your mom every sentence. Your mom is distracting with the interruptions and feels like she is over-performing a caricature of an older black woman trying to be funny. This is a bad attempt at rotten mango style true crime story telling where the host “recounts” the story to a cohost who “doesn’t know” about the story. Take note that that successful style—the off camera husband doesn’t interrupt every other sentence. And every detail isn’t a premise to try to say something funny. I quickly came to the reviews to see if I was the only one bothered. Clearly I’m not. You should consider what people are saying. There is a fine line to balance the levity with the content—but the cackling and flippant affect is excessive. Your fans are saying this issue begins with the change when mom becomes co-host vs the sisters podcast. I will try to find older eps to see if this is the case. I want to support black women podcasters in this genre…
