It’s just the lazy way to say- we got nothing so listen to this rerun and we’ll add a not important at all fact to the end and call it new! Come on! You’re so much better than this. Stop calling it in to the pod that MADE you while promoting other projects. The pod is slipping. Pay more attention to it like you used to!

I really enjoy listening to the two of you communicate with each other and I’ve learned so much form listening to your podcast keep up the good work. I would love to hear your thought on the case of Mackenzie Shirilla who was sentenced to murder for crashing her car and killing her boyfriend and his friend

My bachelors degree was in criminal justice, but I ended up getting my mastered in applied behavior analysis, so I don’t have much contact with the crime world anymore and I really miss it. Amy, don’t listen to the haters, your voice and accent are adorable and I love listening to you talk things, however the hell you want to as long as you’re not being ignorant. Pronunciation is tough! You guys do such a great job that is the least of our concerns. I also like the banter between you guys. Sometimes I’m not sure whether you hate each other or love each other, but that’s the way are. I listen to you every week! Thank you for bringing a brighter spot in my life.

I loved this podcast when it started and appreciated the expertise and discussion that these criminology professors brought to the table. It’s also nice that they are so eager to hear from their fans. Two pieces of feedback, though: one is that “reconsidered” episodes aren’t necessary. If you want to review information from past episodes, you could tie all that up in a couple exclusive episodes and provide updates, but it feels a bit lazy just to repurpose old material. Second is that episodes devoted to recent documentaries don’t feel worthwhile either. Many listeners have seen those documentaries and are hoping for material that doesn’t get that kind of coverage. My two cents.
