M.A.D. Gyal Musings

Tami Tsansai

M.A.D. Gyal Musings is a #mindbeingwellness—holistic health, mental wellbeing—and commentary space. M.A.D. means mentally aligned with divinity, so I take a candid approach to exploring mental health + varied social issues. It also aims to deconstruct and reclaim the ‘mad gal’ moniker women are often stereotyped with. Each episode ends with awesome music, another of my passions, INjoy!
