As a licensed professional, this podcast has sparked so many ideas in me to serve my community. Please keep up the good work!

Also, please share the link for the t-shirt. One of the hosts mentioned big cartel website.

Hit or Miss!

The good episodes are so good, lots of awesome conversations about masculinity, race, and navigating adhd. They should really be more selective about who they interview, though. Some episodes are total pseudoscience junk, especially around diet. Listen at your own risk and be critical.
