And so we have to make sure it's in the right environment or it's not going to heal itself. " —Isaac Ho

Sabotage & Making Connections with food

Wow! It happened to me today. I got my 4 th cortisol shot and took Xanax because I’ve had a bad experience the first time. But when I woke up from my 5 hour nap, I ate my planed meal but then proceeded to eat my Birthday cheesecake to make me feel better. I was always rewarded with a desert when I was injured when I was younger and until this day. I need to really change this habit.
