    Questions 2

Send us Fan Mail We take on a rapid-fire set of faith questions, from why God gave the Law to what blasphemy really means, and we refuse to settle for shallow answers. We push for context, careful wording, and Scripture-first thinking so believers can grow without fear, superstition, or social media noise.  • why the Law shows up as a reset for a people shaped by Egypt  • how the Law points to dependence on God instead of perfection  • what blasphemy means and why sloppy definitions create panic  • how purpose can stay one while the “streams” change over time  • why spiritual gifts can operate in people before salvation  • how we should understand hearing God in the dispensation of the Holy Spirit  • why some church practices are traditions or ordinances rather than commands  • how to separate gossip from venting that seeks counsel and resolution  • what it looks like when God “defends his word” and why integrity matters  • basics for evaluating dreams and why some “dreams” are flesh attacks  • why God is not micromanaging daily choices and how predestination gets misread  • how systems shape marriage dynamics and why maturity still matters for men  If y'all don't have a church home, y'all come on down the road.  Get your Bible out, get your pen, your pencil, your notebook, get some quiet space, you know, get some quiet time and study, and you'll see Holy Spirit coming in there with you and ask them like pastors, teachers, ask him to show you. Jonathan

Send us Fan Mail Jonathan doesn’t wait for the perfect setup, the bigger army, or the safer moment. He moves with faith, climbs into conflict with his armor bearer, and says what so many of us forget: God can save by many or by few. That one choice opens a conversation about courage, obedience, and what it looks like to trust God when the people “in charge” are sitting under a tree. Then we shift to one of the most powerful friendship stories in the Bible: Jonathan and David. We talk through 1 Samuel 18 and the covenant that forms when their souls are knit together, plus the wild moment Jonathan hands over royal garments and weapons. We connect the dots to spiritual purpose, humility, and why real friendship doesn’t compete with God’s plan, it protects it. We also address the modern push to mislabel their bond, and why the text and the culture point to covenant loyalty, not romance. From Saul’s jealousy to Jonathan’s sacrifice, we keep bringing it back home: who is your Jonathan, who is your Saul, and who are you called to cover? We challenge isolation, “no contact” culture, and the temptation to dodge accountability, and we talk about the way of escape God provides through His Word, His warnings, and His people. If you’re hungry for a Bible study podcast on Christian community, biblical friendship, and faith that actually moves, press play, share it with someone who needs it, and leave a review if this encouraged you. Joseph Says Yes

Send us Fan Mail Joseph doesn’t get many lines in Scripture, but his obedience carries the kind of weight that changes history. We open Matthew 1–2 and talk through the part people skip: Joseph’s justice, his mercy toward Mary, and the moment God meets him in a dream with a simple command and a hard promise. That “fear not” isn’t just comfort. It’s covering, direction, and the push to move even when culture, reputation, and fear are loud.  From naming Jesus to protecting Him from Herod, Joseph models prompt obedience and steady leadership. We also dig into one of the most underrated themes in the gospel story: adoption. Joseph adopting Jesus helps fulfill prophecy and gives us a living picture of salvation, identity, and what it means to be accepted into God’s family. If you’ve been wrestling with strongholds, generational habits, or feeling like your past gets the final word, this conversation puts language to a better truth.  We don’t stay theoretical either. We talk about discipline, fatherhood, community, and learning to be honest with God about real temptations and real questions. If you’ve ever stepped back from church because you couldn’t get answers, we share how God can meet you through Scripture, wise leadership, and faithful friends. Listen, share this with someone who needs courage, and then subscribe and leave a review so more people can find the Word and say yes. Support the show Sunday Schoolers!! Hope you enjoyed class!
