    If you’re trying to find the grey area when approaching your goals that isn’t too intense but also isn’t you just “eating whatever you want” - you’re going to love our guest on today’s episode where I sit down with Hot & Healthy Member Samantha to discuss how she lost 33 pounds (now over 40 pounds down as this is going live) by discovering this sweet spot.
    Samantha is a busy nurse who had done a lot of intense diets with very restrictive food rules, which led her to the world of intuitive eating and eating whatever she wanted. Problem was, neither of these approaches allowed her to achieve her goals and in fact held her back from giving her body what it really needed.

Real Advice backed by Science!

This is an informative podcast! So many “diets” are not sustainable. Lauren is all about a healthy lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. It is not a way to eat just to lose weight, it’s a way to eat for a healthy fit body. She is so upbeat and not preachy, just encouraging and understanding of how hard it can be.

Best podcast on nutrition! I have learned so much and lost weight WITHOUT the mental struggle and shame that other “nutrition” theories often add. I have struggled some with body dysmorphia and some ED symptoms in the past but I lost this weight and kept my mind healthy too. Lauren keeps it real but never makes anyone feel like they can’t live life while losing fat. Listen to this podcast!!!
