    There are moments in life when you realize you are completely dependent on God. In this episode of Unrelenting Pursuit, we share the full story of how our son became a living miracle after being saved from death. We walk through what happened, the moments when we didn’t know what the outcome would be, and the incredible community of people who surrounded our family with prayer, encouragement, support, and unwavering faith. As we watched God move in the middle of a terrifying situation, we experienced what it means to have shields of faith all around us—people standing in the gap, praying when we couldn’t find the words, believing when circumstances looked impossible, and reminding us that God was still present.     201. When We Stop Calling Evil, Evil: How tolerance impacts faith, culture, marriage, and family

    When do compassion and understanding become an excuse for behavior? And as Christians, can we have grace for someone's brokenness while still calling evil evil? Or have Christians become so afraid of being judgmental that we stop making moral distinctions altogether. Because when we stop calling evil evil, we don't necessarily become more loving. We simply become apathetic. And apathy doesn't protect marriages. It doesn't protect families. It doesn't protect the Church. And it certainly doesn't lead people toward freedom. So where is the line between compassion and compromise? Between grace and enabling?  Between understanding someone's story and excusing their sin?
