These defining moments (think the Tower card in Tarot) ask you to face the reality + beauty in the unknowing. To surrender the control of what should have happened, and lean into your inner Gypsy spirit.  In this wildly beautiful and intimate conversation with singer/songwriter Veronica Graham, we uncover what it means to reinvent yourself after heartbreak, and how she uses the frequency and feeling of her music and lyrics to channel grief, deep soul healing, and a love for herself that defies all odds.  I found Veronica in watching an episode of HGTV’s House Hunters “Remote Living” and felt her spirit without even knowing her story. I felt a deep calling to reach out, as if I knew her as my soul sister in another realm.     134: Living in Your Dharma, Crystal Children, and the Age of Aquarius with Sarah Lynne Mosser

    ALIVE has been revived - Welcome to Season 2 of the podcast!!! After much introspection + and an inner calling to take a step back from the show last September 2024 (the 4 Year Anniversary celebration episode #133), I have had many divine downloads + fresh perspectives that I'm excited to unleash here JUST FOR YOU! It also felt divinely timed to release in May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month + my birth month! (May 12th)  Opening Season 2 is a divinely inspired conversation with Sarah Lynne Mosser, Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, and Energy Intuitive, also known as @sincerelyspiritual on Instagram.  As the title alludes, we deep dive into what it means to be a soul having a human experience, and how to navigate this Age of Aquarius, or Golden Age consciousness for those who are feeling the frequencies and calling to RISE into this new reality we are all experiencing as a collective.  Sarah and I also explore the concepts of seeking validation, and why society puts people on pedestals which is evolving more into the energies of "only the authentic + real will survive", as Sarah says, and the downfall of the Hollywood/guru mentality!  Also deeply intriguing in the spirit of inner child therapy is the concept of "Crystal Children" and what it means to Live in Your Dharma, or your destined soul's calling.  About Sarah Lynne Mosser:  I’m a Reiki Master, living in Austin, TX. I’m originally from California, I have a degree in Psychology and a 5 year old son who is a crystal child. I had my true spiritual awakening 10 years ago.     133: ALIVE Anniversary Special: 4 Years of Redefining Resilience Together

    The ALIVE podcast turns 4 today!!! 4 years ago today, on September 18, 2020, I released the very first episode of the podcast with my episode "Come ALIVE with Me" . Even more significant is the fact that I didn't plan it this way, but the release of this show on the 18th of the month is symbolic of the energy of Chai, or "life" in Hebrew. What started as a pandemic baby transpired into a true love, but also labour of love to keep my podcast ALIVE (no pun intended!) for 4 years now. There have been countless personal + health challenges, along with the challenge of being a host + managing the podcast for consistent episode releases weekly! It has taught me the true spirit of resiliency, which is what being ALIVE is about - not always achieving perfection, or sticking to plan - but knowing how to navigate the rough waters of life, of dealing with mental health challenges, or any level of triggering or past traumas. In this special anniversary episode, I break down each of the last 4 years as this podcast evolved + what I have learned as lessons of resiliency that I am sharing with you today in hopes it helps you on your healing path, and gives you hope in our chaotic world.     132: Break Free from People Pleasing: Transform Your Tendencies with These Easy Steps

    Are you a people pleaser, or just hate to be the one to disappoint others so you say YES, when you really mean NO? If yes, then this episode is for you to help you BREAK FREE from people pleasing tendencies with 6 easy steps I share with you that will literally change your life, and save you from constantly feeling exhausted, depleted, and resentful for not taking care of your needs first! I also shed light as to WHY you people please from both a trauma informed + highly sensitive perspective with a nervous system response called "fawning" to avoid conflict and perceived dangers. What actually happens when you aren't honest in your relationships is that the other person is never sure what to expect, and the level of distrust grows over time. In other words, people pleasing doesn't help anyone in the long run!!! It's simply a defense mechanism to make you + others feel "safe" and avoid the discomfort of living an honest + aligned life.
