    Episode 73 - Presidents Cup Media Passes, 50 Drinks & You Guys Can’t Dice

    ⛳ The boys are back in Todd’s basement for a Thanksgiving weekend episode - and there’s a lot to unpack after Len’s month-long 50th birthday celebration. First up is the full Chicago recap. Len attempts 50 drinks for 50 years, Chris somehow talks the PGA Tour into giving Island Green legitimate media credentials, and the boys head to the media center at the Presidents Cup. They tour the media centre, catch up with Bob Weeks, experience Medinah’s ridiculous rough and discover that persistence can apparently make up for a modest audience. The sports weekend continues with a Blackhawks game featuring no Connor Bedard, deep-dish pizza, an Eagles tailgate in the middle of Chicago and a rough Monday night at Soldier Field. Todd also discovers a previously unknown talent for Left Right Center before politely informing everyone that they simply “can’t dice.” Back home, Todd recaps PEI’s record-setting Atlantic Cup victory at Mill River - or the Maritime Cup, depending on who you ask. He and Morgan Brennan both go 5-0, PEI posts the largest winning total in event history and Todd receives a pretty special call from Tim York naming him the team’s co-captain. Plus, the Fall Finish, two more Island hole-in-ones, unfair pin placements, upcoming fall tournaments and the usual reminder that golf season around here doesn’t end until someone makes us stop.     Episode 72: Rose Bowl Dreams, Driver Drama & President’s Cup Boots on the Ground

    The boys are back in Todd’s basement after another very wet stretch of Island golf. This week, they recap the Belfast Open, the Island Open, Anthony Warren’s impressive win in the slop, and Len’s painful slide out of a Rose Bowl spot. They also talk about the loaded Belvedere Rose Bowl team, the upcoming Maritime Cup, Todd making the team, and why golf tournaments need more social media and a proper history book. Plus, Cabot Wilds is coming to Nova Scotia, Hunter Burke has another albatross, Darren Fairhurst makes an ace, and Todd’s brother cuts down the best driver he’s ever owned. Naturally, this creates a full-blown golf etiquette crisis. The episode wraps up with President’s Cup talk, the International Team’s chances in Medina, Len’s 50th birthday trip, “airboxes,” “thinking domes,” and the official announcement that Island Green & Beyond will have boots on the ground at the President’s Cup.     ⛳ After more than a month away, Len, Chris, and Todd are finally back—and Episode 71 wastes no time going off the rails! Todd survives Old Home Week with the kids before recapping a dream golf trip to Ireland featuring seven courses in seven days, brutal links conditions, Guinness, caddies, and a costly game of Snakes 🐍. Back home, the crew tackles $180 US green fees, playing as a single, presses, retrogression, and a family scramble victory that may deserve a sizeable asterisk 🏆. There’s also plenty of local golf to celebrate, including Hunter Burke’s historic US Junior Amateur appearance, Archer McDougall’s inspiring comeback, club championship winners, and Len’s knee-deep rescue attempt at the Stanhope Open. Things finish with an outrageous staged hole-in-one scam 🎥, Len throws a curveball about dimpled cars 🚗, and the usual reminder that no topic is too strange for Island Green and Beyond.

    Episode 70 - Amateur Chaos, Caddy Confessions and Deck Hornets

    ⛳ Len, Chris, and Todd are officially back for Episode 70, just one week before the next major! This week, the crew recaps the PEI Amateur, congratulating Owen Mullen on his championship victory 🏆 and Curtis Hall on capturing the one day title. They debate whether ultra tough, “Iron Man” course setups make golf better or simply take the fun out of chasing a low score. Todd shares a caddie story for the ages as the mystery of his missing pitching wedge unfolds 🔍, before the conversation heads in every direction imaginable. Wyndham Clark's leading and everyone's quietly rooting for the choke- that didn't end well.🍿 Len's Myrtle Beach Month: The trail cards, a third-place mixed scramble with Bernadette, $2 birdie beers, and the $9.99 car wash deal. 🚗 Todd's Portugal Trip: A no-kids couples getaway, a giant unexplained statue in the middle of a golf course, and ChatGPT moonlighting as a travel caddie. The man will play golf in a different country but won't get paired with a stranger at home. ⛳ Chris Goes Tesla and has the "Reider" Incident. Also: Chris's two-bucks-a-pop yard sale, Scotty's "playing on or not?" moment at Cabot, Todd's near-ace on a par 4, a closed putter face and a left-handed shaft tip, the upside-down nine iron with a six-iron loft, the Avondale & Country View Opens, 14-year-old Hunter Burke draining the playoff winner, the Jacqueline Taylor show, Mark Carragher grinding through the cold - and a heated argument over whether golf even belongs in the Olympics.     Episode 68: Masters Sunday - Parlays, Prayers & a $5 Miracle

    Hello friends. Recorded live from Todd's basement on Masters Sunday before Rory & Cam Young teed off - boys are fired up. Chris's Miracle Bet: $5 on a specific player to get a hole in one. Who makes that bet? Tiger's Off-Course Adventures: Another fender bender, a foggy TGL showing, and a whole lot of "what are you doing, man." The boys debate Tiger the golfer vs. Tiger the person, whether they'd go to the bar with Scheffler, and who they'd actually want to ride to the club with. 🚗 AI as Your Golf Pro: Len took a screenshot of Chris's Trackman numbers and the boys are shook. 🤖⛳ Burger Love Chaos: Seafood Shack's brisket sandwich got rejected at the last minute for not qualifying as a burger. PEI's April beef event caused actual drama. The boys land on a three-inch burger height limit. 🍔 Also: Todd's Vokey family encounter on a flight from Florida, RBC Scramble sandbagger complaints, remote golf cart horror stories, what the PGA Tour would shoot at Belvedere, and whether Chris would get two birdies at Augusta. A tradition like no other.

    Len, Chris, and Todd are back in Todd’s basement for Episode 67. Travel Chaos: Todd's Toronto trip turned into a 20-hour airport nightmare, followed by a mid-flight medical emergency involving dropped pants, oxygen tanks, and an off-duty in-flight nurse. Then Vegas delivered Backstreet Boys at the Sphere, a timeshare ambush ("Why didn't you do it, man?!"), and a mind-blowing mentalist show. Len's Florida golf trip had its own drama — Murph's car overheating at 3am (ChatGPT to the rescue), Pudge getting pulled into secondary for a contraband roast beef sandwich, and forgetting to pack golf shirts... on a golf trip.
