    What's The Vibe? Venus RX in Scorpio...Depth and desire, baby!

    Unprocessed collective rage, a full week and a Noah Kahan concert recap x

    Unlocking my voice, embracing my weird, and the power of a mani/pedi

    What's the Vibe? It's Libra Season!!!

    We're back with a mid-week vibe check and on the first day of Libra-Season no less! I break down what you can expect this season - from the qualities of our Venusian air sign, to transitioning from earth to air and how this might show up for us, and even make a few collective predictions for themes we may start to see in the zeitgeist (trigger warning: conversations around domestic violence/abuse). We'll unpack Venus RX in Scorpio in detail next week but I touch on this too as we are in the shadow period of this transit, which is a biggie for us from Oct 3 - Nov 14.

    Mic check one two one two...where have the past 9 weeks gone?!

    Well hello there Soulies! You can stop refreshing your shows now, I'm baaaaaack after a totally unintentional (but honestly much-needed) breather. And today I cover it ALL and then some: from personal life navigations of the grief/birth void (trigger warning: birth trauma), to a business that has never been busier (yes we're allowed to use that word!), to the constant that is SAHM life, and how I spent my birthday (which was 6 weeks ago now, whaaaat!) - I catch you up on where I've been, what I've been navigating, and what I'm excited to lean into more of in the coming weeks.     What's The Vibe? Simplifying the big astrological movements this weekend

    With Barbault's Basket inviting a rare planetary alignment this weekend, expect a lot of energetic movement mostly in our collective lives. Think revolutionary thinking and action, shifts in leadership and positions of "power" and creative visioning and action. There is a LOT of fire and air moving over the coming days and week, and with Mercury still retrograding through Cancer - it's time to seek out grounding, earthy practices to help us anchor into our bodies and not be swayed by external collective overwhelm .
