Violet Lange: Building incredible relationships after trauma

You are in for a treat this week my friend.   I had the treat of interviewing the incredible Violet Lange - where we spoke about… lots.  Violet shared about her traumatic childhood, what led to her doing the work she does, the biggest challenges she sees in her clients when it comes to building relationships, how she supports her clients, relationships with toxic parents  and SO MUCH MORE.  It was honestly so amazing and I know we could have expanded on every part so much more, but this conversation will leave you feeling inspired, hopeful and maybe a little less alone.  Violet helps smart, spiritual humans to attract and create lasting love, and helps those in partnership to create soulful sex. She is a professionally trained coach, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master who graduated from Harvard and left the corporate world to follow her passion — empowering people to heal trauma and heartbreak, and become the match for bold love in every area of life. As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, she is passionate about alchemizing our deepest wounds into joy. Violet believes love is the most powerful force on the planet. Through love we can build healthy families and a healthy world. Elizabeth Banks: Survivng, Healing and Thriving After Domestic Violence

Come and join me for a really personal, honest and real conversation with the incredible Elizabeth Banks.  In this episode we talk about Elizabeth’s journey from an abusive marriage to learning to trust herself again. We talk about the cycles she had to break, the conditioning, her survival and how she rebuilt.  Elizabeth is a counsellor, speaker, and the founder of The Village Health. She spends her days sitting with women as they rebuild themselves after trauma and abuse. She spent years before that doing the same work in her own life. Elizabeth is a victim survivor of family violence. She knows the loneliness of not being believed, and the long, unglamorous work of learning to trust yourself again. She speaks on coercive control, the hidden reality of high-functioning survivors, parenting through trauma and the path back to yourself after abuse. This episode does come with a trigger warning as we do talk about domestic violence, mental health and abusive families. Beyond that though, this episode is an incredibly liberating and inspiring conversation.  Join the Unveiling https://www.jacirogash.com/unveiling Connect with Elizabeth:  Instagram: @elizabethbankswholeheartedInstagram: @thevillagehealthauWww.tvillagehealth.com.auConnect with me:  Download the Autopilot as a Trauma Response GuideRegister for my Free Masterclass: Stop Living on Autopilot & Start Living Your DreamsInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jaci.rogash/Book a Discovery CallJoin the Visionaries WaitlistEmail: jaci@jacirogash.com
