    信じるか信じないかは。。 ユタとは沖縄で現に活動している霊能者とされる人たちで、ムヌシリ［物知り］とかカミングヮ［カミの子］、あるいはカミンチュ［神人］などとも呼ばれます。宮古ではカンカカリャ［神がかり人］、八重山ではニゲーピトゥ［願い人］、カンピトゥ［神人］などと呼ばれます。ユタは悩み事を抱える人などからいろいろな相談を受けて、カミ［神霊や先祖の霊など］と直接接触・交流などを行い、それに基づいてアドバイスし、人々の悩みや苦しみなどに応えようとします。 Yuta are people regarded as spiritual practitioners who are currently active in Okinawa. They are also called ムヌシリ［物知り), カミングヮ (children of the gods), or Kaminchu (god-persons). In Miyako, they are known as カンカカリャ(people possessed by gods), and in Yaeyama as ニゲーピトゥ(people of prayers) or Kanpitu(god-persons). Yuta receive various kinds of consultations from people who are troubled or distressed, and they are believed to make direct contact and communication with kami—such as deities or ancestral spirits.     #114 62.6% of Young Japanese Don't Want Kids 「子供欲しくない」過去最高62.6%

    Is it surprising or not? ---- On the 2nd March, Rohto Pharmaceutical Co. released its 2025 "White Paper on Fertility Awareness," a survey examining attitudes and the current reality surrounding pregnancy and childbirth. Among 400 unmarried men and women aged 18 to 29, the percentage of those who responded that they "do not want children" reached 62.6%, exceeding 60% for the first time. By gender, the percentage of women surpassed that of men for the first time, hitting a record high of 64.7%. The survey was conducted online in December 2025. In the 2020 survey—when this question was first introduced—the percentage of respondents who did not want children stood at 44.0%, marking an increase of over 18 percentage points in five years.     🌴🔮Haitai people, In this episode, we’re joined by Namiko, a counselor specializing in Kishitsu-gaku, a personality reading system from Okinawa. Kishitsu-gaku analyzes a person’s innate temperament—the natural traits and instincts we’re born with—to better understand personality, compatibility, and communication styles. Based on the Four Pillars of Destiny, it categorizes people into 12 different types using a combination of three symbols (○, □, ☆) and four colors (pink, red, green, and light blue). Okinawa has a long tradition of ancestor worship, spirit mediums known as Yuta, and sacred places like Utaki.
