Nothing Is Broken: A Guided Meditation into Wholeness & the Infinite I AM

What if healing isn't about fixing what's broken, but recognizing that what you truly are has never been broken at all? So often, we approach meditation and healing with an agenda. We want the uncomfortable feeling to leave. The mind to become quiet. The body to feel different. The circumstances to change. We imagine peace will arrive once something about this moment has been corrected. But what if nothing needs to leave for peace to be here? In this spacious guided meditation for inner peace, wholeness, and spiritual healing, Jody Agard invites you to let this moment be exactly as it is. Sounds and sensation can appear. Thoughts can come and go. Even silence itself appears and is known. Rather than trying to change what is appearing, you'll gently turn toward That which knows it all — the boundless Pure Presence, Being, the Infinite I AM that does not come and go with experience. This meditation isn't asking you to deny the human experience or convince yourself that everything feels good. Everything is included. Nothing needs to be pushed away, and nothing needs to be held onto. Healing, from this perspective, is not making the person become whole. It is recognizing what has never been anything else. Already here. Already whole. Already free. Nothing needs to be added to what you are. 👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? You can read the books, listen to the teachers, and understand the spiritual concepts — yet still find yourself caught in the same fears, self-doubt, and familiar patterns. In her new four-part series, Awakening to Truth: An Embodied Realization, Helen Hamilton offers a practical path from understanding the teachings to experiencing these truths for yourself. Through meditation, contemplation, and self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to break free from conditioned thinking, discover a greater sense of freedom and inner peace, and bring that realization into your relationships, responsibilities, and everyday life.   ➡️ Learn more and reserve your spot. Before “I Am Tired”: A Guided Meditation into the Eternal I AM

How often do we wake up and immediately ask the body, mind, or emotions to tell us who we are? I'm tired. I'm anxious. I'm sad. I'm in pain. I'm peaceful. But before “I am this” or “I am that,” there is simply: I AM. In this gentle guided meditation for self-inquiry, healing, and spiritual awakening, Jody Agard invites you to explore what remains when you stop consulting the body, thoughts, and emotions for information about what you truly are. Beginning with a simple experience of waking up tired and noticing the thought “I'm tired,” Jody asks a deeper question: Who is this “I” that's tired? The body may experience fatigue. Emotions may move through. Thoughts may arise. Pain, anxiety, sadness, restlessness, or even happiness may be present. None of it needs to be denied or disappear. Through spacious silence and gentle non-dual self-inquiry, you'll be invited to notice that every sensation, thought, feeling, and bodily experience is already known, and then turn attention toward the knowing itself. This isn't an invitation to deny the body or pretend difficult feelings aren't happening. The body and mind can have its experience. Feelings are allowed to move through. But before you claim any of it as me, pause. What is already here? What you truly are does not become more whole when the body feels good or less whole when the body struggles. Beneath every description and before every thought is the simple, formless Presence of I AM. 👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? You can read the books, listen to the teachers, and understand the spiritual concepts — yet still find yourself caught in the same fears, self-doubt, and familiar patterns. What Really Happens After Awakening? Helen Hamilton on Nonduality & Everyday Life

You may experience a profound recognition of your true nature through meditation, self-inquiry, or even an unexpected moment in ordinary life.  And then... Someone triggers you, fear arises, money becomes stressful, or the body does something you don't like. Suddenly, you seem to be right back inside the experience of being a separate person. In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard sits down with nondual spiritual teacher Helen Hamilton for an intimate and practical conversation about spiritual awakening, nonduality, self-inquiry, meditation, and what it actually means to live from the recognition of what you are. Helen shares why awakening is not necessarily a single moment after which the human experience disappears. Instead, an initial glimpse or recognition can gradually deepen into a more stable, abiding way of living. Together, Jody and Helen explore some of the questions spiritual seekers don't always talk about: What is spiritual awakening, and what actually awakens? Why can we recognize our true nature and still get triggered? Why do old patterns of separation return after an awakening experience? Is spiritual practice still necessary after awakening? What is the relationship between self-inquiry, meditation, and abiding realization? Is it actually safe to awaken? What happens to the self-image we’ve built for many years? Will awakening change your relationships, ambitions, family life, or ability to function in the world?Do thoughts and difficult emotions disappear after awakening? What does nonduality look like in ordinary everyday life? Can awakening help us respond differently to fear, conflict, and suffering in the world?Helen also speaks candidly about her own fear that awakening might cause her to lose interest in her children, relationships, or everyday responsibilities. Instead, she found something very different: a greater capacity to love, to be present, and to participate fully in life. This conversation brings awakening down from the mountaintop and into the reality of emails, grocery shopping, relationships, work, parenting, dishes, laundry, exhaustion, difficult emotions, and random Tuesday afternoons when life seems to be going sideways. Because perhaps awakening isn't an escape from being human. Perhaps it allows us to participate in our humanity more fully. Helen’s upcoming four-part live series with the Center for Awakening, Awakening to Truth: An Embodied Realization, begins October 5. Through meditation, contemplation, and practical exploration, Helen will guide participants deeper into recognizing their true nature, seeing through the patterns that pull us back into separation, and discovering what it means to actually live this recognition. If you've experienced glimpses of awakening but wondered why you still get triggered, struggled with spiritual seeking, questioned whether you're "doing it right," or simply want to understand what living nonduality actually looks like in modern life, this conversation is for you. 👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? The Storm and the Sky: A Guided Meditation for Overthinking & Racing Thoughts

Have you ever walked away from a conversation and immediately started replaying everything you said? Why did I say that? I should have explained that differently. Why didn't I mention this? Did I get it wrong? Suddenly, one thought becomes another, regret and self-judgment appear, and before you know it, you're caught in a full-blown thought storm. In this gentle guided meditation for overthinking and racing thoughts, Jody Agard shares a recent experience of getting completely hooked by her own mind after recording an interview with Bill Free, and the simple recognition that changed everything. The thoughts were moving. The emotions were moving. The storm was moving. But something remained completely untouched. Through spacious silence, non-dual meditation, self-inquiry, and awareness, you'll be invited not to stop your thoughts or calm the mind, but to recognize the open presence in which every thought, emotion, sensation, and story appears. Whether you're struggling with overthinking, racing thoughts, anxiety, rumination, self-judgment, regret, or a busy mind, this meditation offers a different approach. You don't have to stop the storm, or become more peaceful. Just as the sky remains untouched by every storm that passes through it, what you truly are remains untouched by every movement of the mind. The storm may come and go, but what you are remains. 👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? In her new four-part live series — True Meditation: The Recognition of the Infinite I AM, Jody Agard offers a radically different approach: meditation isn’t about controlling your experience, but discovering the pure presence that’s already here. Through self-inquiry, guided meditation, and practical exploration, you’ll discover how to relate to your thoughts with less struggle, experience greater ease and clarity, and carry that grounded awareness into relationships, decisions, and daily challenges. ➡️ Click here to learn more and reserve your spot. Letting Go Without Trying: A Guided Meditation into Pure Being

What if letting go isn't something you have to do? So much spiritual teaching encourages us to let go of the ego, release negative thoughts, surrender control, become more present, and stop identifying with the mind. But hidden inside all that effort is another assumption: There is a separate "me" here who needs to accomplish the letting go. In this gentle guided meditation for letting go and surrender, Jody Agard explores a different possibility. Rather than trying to get rid of the ego, stop your thoughts, release difficult emotions, or force yourself into the present moment, you're invited to recognize what is already here before any effort begins. Through spacious silence, non-dual meditation and self-inquiry, you'll allow thoughts, emotions, sounds, and sensations to be exactly as they are, and gently shift attention from everything appearing to the vast Pure Being in which it all appears. You don't need to destroy the ego, or stop thinking. You don't even need to become more present. Pure Presence is already here. Whether you call it I AM, awareness, Pure Being, Divine Mind, Presence, or your true nature, the label doesn't matter. Before every description, every thought, every story about yourself... You are. And perhaps true letting go happens not when you finally succeed at releasing everything, but when you recognize that what you are was never bound by any of it. 👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? In her new four-part live series — True Meditation: The Recognition of the Infinite I AM, Jody Agard offers a radically different approach: meditation isn’t about controlling your experience, but discovering the pure presence that’s already here. You Are Not Who You Think You Are: A Guided Meditation Beyond the Self-Image

Who are you without everything you've ever been told about yourself? From childhood, we begin collecting identities: I'm the responsible one. I'm too sensitive. I'm anxious. I'm successful. I'm the helper. I'm spiritual. I'm not enough. Over time, these ideas can become so familiar that we stop recognizing them as concepts and begin believing they are who we are. In this deeply contemplative guided meditation, Jody Agard explores the teachings of A Course in Miracles on self-concept and invites you into a direct experience of what remains when the familiar stories and identities of the personal self are gently questioned. Rather than trying to replace a negative self-image with a better one, this non-dual meditation and self-inquiry practice goes deeper: What if what you truly are has never been an image at all? Drawing from A Course in Miracles, non-duality, spiritual awakening, self-inquiry, awareness, and the recognition of our true nature, this meditation isn't asking you to create a better version of yourself. It's an invitation to question the need for a self-image altogether. For these thirty minutes, allow yourself the freedom of not knowing who you are according to the world, and rest as the quiet knowing in which every identity, thought, and story appears and disappears. You are not the story. You are That in which every story is known.  👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? True Meditation: Bill Free Interviews Jody Agard on the Infinite I AM & Awakening

What if meditation isn't about becoming calmer, better, more spiritual, or more enlightened? In this special episode of The Awareness Podcast, the tables are turned as Center for Awakening founder Bill Free interviews host Jody Agard about her upcoming four-part series, True Meditation: The Recognition of the Infinite I AM. Together, they explore one of the most transformative questions on the spiritual path: Who is the one trying to meditate? Drawing from non-duality, self-inquiry, and direct experience, Jody shares how years of seeking, striving, fixing, and trying to improve herself eventually gave way to a much simpler recognition: what we are seeking has never been absent. True meditation is not about achieving a future state. It is the recognition of what we already are. In this conversation, Bill and Jody explore: ✨ The difference between traditional meditation and true meditation ✨ Why awakening is not about fixing the separate self ✨ The meaning of the Infinite I AM ✨ How to recognize awareness in everyday life ✨ What to do when fear, triggers, anxiety, or difficult emotions arise ✨ Why thoughts do not need to stop for peace to be present ✨ The role of self-inquiry in spiritual awakening ✨ Living from Pure Being while navigating ordinary life ✨ Why nothing has gone wrong, even when you feel disconnected One of the most powerful insights shared in this conversation is the recognition that the Infinite I AM never leaves. Even when we feel triggered, distracted, fearful, or caught in old patterns, the Infinite I AM remains exactly where it has always been, here, now, untouched and available. As Jody shares, "We're not looking for the I AM. We're looking from the I AM." If you've ever struggled with meditation, wondered why spiritual seeking can feel exhausting, or sensed there must be something deeper than self-improvement, this conversation offers a refreshing and practical invitation into a more direct experience of peace, awareness, and your true nature.  👉🏼 Interested in going deeper? Nothing Is Missing: A Guided Meditation Beyond the Need to Become

What if there is nothing missing from you, and there never has been? So much of life is spent trying to become someone: healthier, happier, more peaceful, more spiritual, more healed, perhaps even more awakened.  Yet beneath this endless movement of self-improvement and spiritual seeking is a simple question: Who is the “I” that believes something is missing? In this spacious guided meditation, Jody Agard invites you beyond the story of the personal self and into the direct recognition of your true nature; the timeless awareness, Pure Being, and Infinite I AM that has never been incomplete. Through gentle self-inquiry, extended silence, and non-dual contemplation, you'll explore what remains before thought, memory, identity, and the familiar story of “me.” This isn't about achieving a special meditative state or becoming a better version of yourself. It's an invitation to recognize what has never been absent. There is no enlightened identity to maintain. No perfected self waiting somewhere in the future. No spiritual finish line you need to reach. Only this. Being. Presence. The Infinite I AM. And from this recognition, ordinary life continues; meals are prepared, conversations happen, joy and sadness arise but what you truly are remains free. ✨ Another Way to Go Deeper... Sometimes the deepest spiritual truths reveal themselves in a new light through different voices. In this unique four-part series, AWAKENING THROUGH THE DIRECT PATH + A COURSE IN MIRACLES, host Bill Free welcomes Lisa Natoli, Oliver Blue, Jon Mundy, and Keith Kavanagh — each sharing their own distinctive approach to the timeless principles at the heart of awakening and how they naturally come alive in everyday life. Through inspiring teachings, meaningful dialogue, and wisdom born of lived experience, you'll gain practical tools for meeting life's challenges with greater clarity, peace, and freedom.   👉🏼 Click here to learn more and reserve your spot.
