    The Wisdom Inside Regret

    Regret can feel like a heavy backpack you have carried for years. It may start with one choice, one missed chance, one conversation, or one moment you wish had gone differently. Over time, that regret can begin to shape how you trust yourself, how you make decisions, and how you move forward in your life.
