139 | Can You Be a Leader When Your Husband Is the Head of the Home?

This is a replay of one of my earlier episodes, but the message is one I still believe every mom needs to hear. Do you ever wonder how you can be a leader when your husband is the head of your home? In this episode replay, I’m sharing a little of my story with Luis, what it’s been like for us to grow up and learn to communicate together, and why I believe being a supportive wife and being a strong leader are not opposites. We’ll look at the Proverbs 31 woman and what she teaches us about leading ourselves, our families, and the areas God has entrusted to us, while honoring our husbands and their role in the home. You are a leader, mama. And your family needs you to lead well.   How to work with me: 🎤Book to Speak Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event? 138 | Want Better Time Management? Start Here

Are you a stay-at-home mom struggling with time management, routines, productivity, or feeling like you’re always behind? Before you try to fix your schedule, take a step back and figure out what’s actually not working. In this episode, we’re talking about the power of a monthly review and how taking time to reflect can help you manage your time, stay on track with your goals, and create a more intentional daily routine. As we head into the final quarter of the year, I’m walking you through my simple 6-step monthly review process: Review your calendar and journal Look for patterns and recurring challenges Ask what went well and what didn’t Identify what you’ve learned Decide what needs to change Create a plan for the month ahead We’ll also talk about practical time management for stay-at-home moms, including morning routines, phone habits, sleep, exercise, nutrition, and making small changes that can have a big impact on how you feel and function each day. Because before you can improve your time management, you have to know where your time is actually going. You don’t need a complete life overhaul. Sometimes you just need to pause, take inventory, make a few adjustments, and follow through. If you’re a Christian stay-at-home mom who wants to be more intentional with your time, follow through on your goals, and live with greater purpose, this episode is for you. 136 | Action Creates Clarity and Builds Confidence

This episode is a replay - and one I think you might need to hear again. When my son Jonathan graduated, I remember looking ahead and feeling like I was staring into a black hole. I didn’t know what the next season would look like, and honestly, the unknown made me uncomfortable. But it got me thinking about how often we do the same thing in our own lives. We want clarity before we take action. We want to feel confident, prepared, and certain that we’re making the right decision. But what if it actually works the other way around? What if action creates clarity and builds confidence? In this episode, I’m talking about fear, the unknown, and what happens when we stop waiting until we have it all figured out and simply take the next step God is putting in front of us. We’ll talk about: Why we often wait for clarity before taking action How taking action can actually create clarity and confidence What being a new mom taught me about learning through experience The ways fear can keep us stuck in our own heads Why we don't need the whole map—we just need the next step The beauty that can be found in the process of becoming Mama, if there’s something God has placed on your heart but fear or uncertainty has kept you from moving, I hope this episode encourages you to take that first step. You may not have the whole picture. But you can trust the One who does. Ready to Get Clear on Your Vision? If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure of what you want this season to look like, or simply know that you want something to change, my SAHM’s Guide to Creating a Vision was created to help you work through it. This isn’t about creating a perfect 5 year plan or trying to figure everything out on your own. It’s about slowing down, seeking God, getting honest about where you are, and getting clear on where you want to go from here. 135 | 3 Simple Ways to Make Your Family Feel Seen, Loved & Valued | Intentional Parenting

What if making your family feel seen and loved doesn’t require more time, more money, or a big family activity? In this episode, we’re talking about 3 simple things you can do every day to help your family feel seen, valued, and loved. As stay-at-home moms, we have so many opportunities throughout the day to shape the culture of our homes. Our kids hear enough criticism, correction, and negativity out in the world. Home should be a safe place where they know they are loved, valued, encouraged, and accepted. We’ll talk about how these small parenting habits can strengthen your family relationships, build connection with your kids, and help you lead your family well through everyday moments. Because motherhood isn’t just about what we teach our kids, it’s also about how we make them feel. If you’re a mom who wants to be more intentional about creating a loving, connected, God-centered home, this episode is for you.   🩷 Want to book Yaritza for your next women's event?
