    The Rare Good MS News Report: My DXA Surprise

I walk through the scan process, the follow-up with my doctor, and why this result felt rare—and important. I also reflect on what may be helping: consistent, nutrient-focused eating and tailored, weight-bearing work (including squat sets tied to daily transfers, gym resistance, and pool time).
