I love your show ! I think I just stumbled on it ? I def have adhd and appreciate you sharing wonderful helpful advice and love ! Go easy on yourself ! Congrats on your pregnancy hope you’re feeling good take your time and everything will be fine ♥️Thank you again !!
Thank you, thank you!
I just want to say thank you for all you do in this space. I have been a Christian since I was very young. I just recently got diagnosed with adhd and have binged everything that I could to learn more about how my brain works. It’s nonexistent (at least from what I’ve seen) to talk about the WHOLE person- the Christian life of an adhd woman! I also think it’s so amazing that you were a teacher! I am in my 10th year of teaching. I feel like you are my person now. Keep up the good work!
Effective and Entertaining | (listen even if you don’t have ADHD)
We can all benefit from Cheska’s insight on how to better navigate our lives (with or with out ADHD). She takes a casual approach that includes the necessary elements of neurodivergent psychological theory and incorporates those theories and solutions into her daily life in a relatable way. I recommend this podcast for everyone, especially those who have a hard time focusing. The best part of the series is that you hear all the information you’ll need in a 10-20 minute episode.
I’ve noticed significant growth in my time-management skills and overall focus as implement tools Cheska shares with us in her series. I plan to continue putting these new tools and solutions into practice and hope you give them a try too.
