    38. When Pushing Stops Working: Burnout & Recovery as a Projector with Trina Pitts

It builds slowly, until you realise you’ve been disconnected from yourself for a long time. In this episode, I’m joined by Trina Pitts, a nurse, nurse coach and 6/2 Energy Projector, who shares her experience of burnout within the nursing profession and what it looked like to reach that breaking point. We talk about the moment she realised she had been disconnected from her body for years, how workplace pressure and expectations contributed to that, and what began to shift when she started listening to her energy instead of pushing past it. We also explore how discovering Human Design supported her in understanding her capacity, especially as a Projector, and why rest isn’t something to earn, it’s something to honour.
