    Avoiding Culty Situations in the Spiritual World with Ashleigh van der Hoven

    In this episode I share a conversation with the amazing Ashleigh van der Hoven.   We talked about a chance encounter in LA and how we almost met… and how she avoided multiple cult-like situations in the spiritual community. It felt like such an important conversation to share!  Ash's bio: Ash is a Cape Town-based subconscious coach, speaker, and founder of The Alchemized Spirit. She works with ambitious, driven women who are already doing the work but keep hitting invisible ceilings on their income and impact. Her approach is unlike anything in the personal development space. Ash combines subconscious rewiring, somatic work, and deep spiritual practice to target the root of what's actually blocking her clients: identity-level patterns like the inner critic, imposter syndrome, and chronic self-doubt.     Walk and talk - Qi Gong, Texas challenges and blessings, an 'ant activation' and trusting in life
