As Buffy struggles with Riley's uncertain future and the growing threat of Adam, a far more personal danger returns to Sunnydale. After eight months in a coma, Faith awakens to a world that has moved on without her, and the vengeful rogue Slayer sets her sights on Buffy and the people she loves, leading the two Slayers toward a confrontation that forces the past back into the present. Finally we are here and Faith is back to stir the pot some more! Hear Courtney’s surprise to Faith waking from her coma, how she takes in the world along with how she still has it out for Buffy. We discuss how badass Joyce is in the face of actual danger, the cool ways the show can bring back deceased characters, how much we love when our Slayers go up against each other, and our thoughts on why Faith woke up now after 8 months, plus so much more! Not to mention that cliffhanger we’re left on… FAITH IS IN BUFFY’S BODY!! WE GIVE THIS ONE A FIVE OUT OF FIVE, FOR SURE!!! I know this is a fan favorite, but we want to hear from you! Chris Birch (BUFFYDOOD) After Cordelia receives a vision of a young boy in danger, Angel and Wesley investigate his troubled family and uncover signs of a powerful demon. But as they attempt to free the boy from its possession, a much darker truth begins to emerge. OH MY GOD! This one! Join us along with Chris as we talk about the not-so-demonically-possessed Ryan and how his character is equal parts terrifying yet relatable, how eerie it is that a demon was actually fearful of him, and how much we enjoy the multiple bait-and-switches this manipulative episode throws at us! Listen to Chris and Courtney’s complete despise of Ryan’s mother, how surprising the dad’s arc was, and how all three of us love the humor Cordelia brings this episode... but maybe not so much her brownies. This week we’re joined by Revamped Community listener Brittany to talk the aftermath of Maggie’s death, her complete escape of accountability along with the demon cyborg she created, aka this season’s BIG BAD! We get into the horrors of his world view..share our thoughts on the commandos getting drugged, Riley’s withdrawal and the shift in his demeanor toward Buffy.. But as she grows closer to Riley, her friends become increasingly wary of the organization's true intentions, and it's clear not everyone is happy with Buffy's new role... especially as the mystery behind Room 314 begins to unravel. This week we’re talking Maggie Walsh trying to kill Buffy, her twisted man-demon child of a threat, Adam, and gawking over Riley & Buffy getting extra physical!     EXPECTING (ANGEL 1X12)

    ᴀɴɢᴇʟ 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 1 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 12: “𝑬𝑿𝑷𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑵𝑮” Just as Cordelia begins to believe she's finally found a genuine connection in Los Angeles, a seemingly perfect date leaves her facing a terrifying and impossible pregnancy. With Cordelia's life hanging in the balance, Angel and Wesley must unravel an unsettling mystery before the nightmare reaches its devastating conclusion. Hear our conversation on Cordelia yet again becoming this week's target as helpless, and how the writers definitely could have gone with a different storyline. Ponder this preposterous pregnancy with us and just how fortunate Cordelia is to have both Angel and Wesley in her greatest time of need. We have an honest conversation about women's autonomy and agency, how completely they're stripped away from Cordelia and the other women, and why these men are so deeply disturbing for reducing a woman's body to nothing more than a vessel for their own ambitions. We also can't resist poking fun at this week's laughably ridiculous demon while highlighting the comedic relief Wesley continues to deliver and how he's quickly becoming a great asset to the team in our eyes. For such a controversial episode, we made the best of it, no matter how cringe the storytelling is. Let us know what you all thought of this one. Did you feel as awful for these women as we did? This week, Angel's past comes back to bite him... again. Join us as Kate finally learns the truth about Angel and the world of vampires, and hear Courtney's thoughts on how she handled the reveal.
