112: How I Rewired My Money Mindset (22 Powerful Affirmations)

Money isn't just about numbers—it's about the stories, beliefs, and patterns we've carried since childhood. In this episode of Expand & Evolve, I'm diving into the mindset shifts that completely changed the way I view money, abundance, and financial freedom. We explore how our earliest experiences with money shape our adult lives, why so many of our financial struggles aren't actually our own, and how inherited beliefs around scarcity, worthiness, and success can quietly run the show without us realizing it. If you've ever felt stuck financially, struggled to receive, worried about money, or wondered why earning more never seems to solve the problem, this episode will help you start looking deeper. Your financial reality begins long before your bank account—it begins with what you believe is possible for you. 🤍 Ready to reconnect with your feminine power? 110: What is Network Marketing?

In this episode of the Expand & Evolve Podcast, I’m diving into one of the biggest misconceptions around network marketing — the idea that it’s a PYRAMID SCHEME — and breaking down the difference between unethical business practices and what network marketing actually is as a business model. I share my perspective from building my own business, why I genuinely love the structure of network marketing, and how it creates space for people to grow, build confidence, create flexibility, and step into entrepreneurship in a way that feels accessible and supportive. We talk about: the difference between pyramid schemes and legitimate network marketing companieswhy network marketing is often misunderstoodsales, commission structures, and business modelsmentorship, leadership, and building teamsequal opportunity and entrepreneurshipdiscernment when choosing a company or mentorand how personal growth and business growth often happen togetherThis episode is really about shifting perspective, understanding the industry more clearly, and opening the conversation around what ethical, heart-led network marketing can actually look like. 🤍 Ready to reconnect with your feminine power?Join my 6-week Empowered Feminine Course, designed for women who feel stuck in their minds and want to return to the wisdom of their bodies and hearts—so they can attract the life they truly desire. 109: The Truth About Masculine & Feminine Energy

In this episode I’m sharing how I started questioning everything I thought I knew about masculine and feminine energy, relationships, communication, and what it actually means to be in your POWER as a woman. After years of self-reflection and healing, I began realizing that a lot of the advice online around femininity felt more like self-abandonment than empowerment. More like encouraging ‘little girl’ energy than actual FEMININE POWER. I open up about my own relationship patterns, losing myself in partnership, struggling to communicate my needs, and the resentment that can build when we expect people to “just know” what we want. We dive into: self-abandonment in relationships masculine and feminine energetics communication and emotional safety , power struggles in partnership trust, surrender, and individualityresentment, control, and vulnerabilityand what healthy partnership actually looks like Grab The Queens Code to completely transform your relationships HERE 🤍 Ready to reconnect with your feminine power?Join my 6-week Empowered Feminine Course, designed for women who feel stuck in their minds and want to return to the wisdom of their bodies and hearts—so they can attract the life they truly desire. 106: How I Dealt With a Slow Season in My Business (Without Panicking)

In this episode of the Expand & Evolve Podcast, I’m having a real, big-sister-style conversation about what to do when your business feels slow, your numbers are down, and nothing seems to be working the way it used to. If you’re in a season where things feel off — like your sales have dropped, your energy has shifted, or you’re questioning everything — I want you to know this is normal. Business moves in cycles, and what often looks like a setback is actually a period of recalibration, pruning, and preparation for your next level of growth. I share my perspective on why you should never panic in a dip, how to stay grounded in your belief when external results don’t match your expectations, and why holding the line during hard seasons is what separates people who grow from those who quit. We also talk about the deeper shifts happening right now — especially for women in business — including moving away from hustle culture, craving more depth and connection, and building in a way that feels sustainable, aligned, and life-giving instead of draining. If you’ve been feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, or tempted to walk away from something you once felt so certain about, this episode will help you reconnect with your why, trust the process, and understand that sometimes things need to fall away in order for something stronger to be built. In this episode, I share: Why business highs and lows are completely normalWhat to do when your sales or income dropThe importance of staying anchored in your beliefHow to navigate seasons of doubt without quittingWhy things (and people) may be falling away right nowThe shift away from hustle culture and into alignmentHow to build your business in a more sustainable, heart-led way If this episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who might need to hear this reminder. 105: Letting Go: Releasing What No Longer Aligns

If you feel like you’ve been going THROUGH it lately with low lows, losses of friendships, relationships, business partners, or just feeling like a lot is falling away or crumbling — I fully understand because I’ve been going through it too. Trust that it’s creating space for all the things you’ve said you wanted, and that when you call in higher levels of yourself, that often requires higher frequencies, which may mean shedding parts of your current life and reality. Here are 6 steps I took to process some of the heavy emotions I was feeling, which I go through in the episode: 1. Carved out space to be alone 2. Went for nature walks completely unplugged to be with my own thoughts 3. Called a friend to hash it out and ask for insight and perspective 4. Did a hip-opening yoga flow (linked HERE). Once I felt the emotions coming up, I let myself cry and release whatever needed to move through me 5. Journaled (journal prompts are in the episode) 6. Drank tea in bed and sat with the feelings in order to process and transmute them instead of storing them for later If the podcast provided value for you, please like it, share it, and hit subscribe! All of those things support the podcast. I love doing these for free, and I truly feel that as an equal energy exchange, if this episode was helpful for you, a way you can give back is by sharing it with your audience or with someone you feel it would benefit. __ CONNECT WITH ME: INSTAGRAM - https://www.instagram.com/carlypinchin/ TIKTOK - https://www.tiktok.com/@carlypinchin YOUTUBE - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChhOERGYhv-0s-KZtp9HosQ/ Become Empowered + Powerful as EFF by tapping into your feminine with this 6 week course I created to help women who feel they're constantly living in their mind tap back into the wisdom of their bodies and their hearts to attract their deepest desires toward them: Empowered Feminine Course
