    Welcome back to the With Intention Podcast! I am so excited that you chose to listen to my episode with Beth Snow. Not only have I known her the better part of my life, but she is a dear mentor of mine, both personally and professionally. Beth is the Founder of Breathe Learn Connect Services, LLC, supporting neurodiverse and differently-abled individuals through executive functioning coaching and holistic wellness practices. She combines her expertise in education, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to help individuals strengthen cognitive skills, improve self-regulation, and enhance overall well-being. Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University and has more than 25 years of experience working with children, families, and educators. She teaches graduate-level courses on Mind, Brain, and Teaching at Johns Hopkins University and Notre Dame of Maryland University. With her partner Chris, she co-founded Brain Balance of Greater Baltimore , combining their expertise in education and business to support individuals facing cognitive, social, emotional, and academic challenges. Beth believes meaningful change happens through compassionate support, individualized guidance, and a whole-person approach to wellness and learning. Beth draws inspiration from her personal yoga and mindfulness practice, bringing calm, connection, and balance to those she serves.
