    95. More Than Constellations: Love, Reconciliation and Inner Wisdom with Ursula Maria Bell

What if the real essence of Family Constellations is about more than the technique itself? In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy Cartwright speaks with Ursula Maria Bell, a Family Constellations facilitator, trainer and author whose work is deeply rooted in love, reconciliation, responsibility and inner wisdom. Ursula shares how her own painful experiences with her mother and sister led her to Family Constellations and how she eventually came to understand that constellations are not simply a technique, but an inner posture and a way of living. Her book, In the Spirit of Love and Reconciliation: More Than Constellations, reflects this journey and explores what can happen when we move from rejection and judgment towards acknowledgement, acceptance and reconciliation. In this conversation, Ursula and Tracy explore: Why Ursula believes we need to stop working so hard on ourselvesMoving from rejection and judgment towards acknowledgement and acceptanceThe importance of reconciling with our past, our family and eventually ourselvesHow Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy and the search for meaning influence Ursula’s workThe orders of love and the orders of helpingWhy “helping” can sometimes get in the way of truly being with someoneThe difference between empathy and becoming entangled in another person’s emotionsWhat it means to trust someone’s own process rather than assuming we know what they needHow Family Constellations transformed Ursula’s relationship with her family and saved her marriageHer experience of reconciling with her mother before her mother’s deathThe wisdom that can emerge when we stop constantly searching for more informationHer work with the Life Integration ProcessWhy she believes we are never too old to follow a dreamAnd what may be emerging for Ursula as she looks beyond constellations and towards her next chapterOne of the central messages throughout the conversation is that sometimes we don't need to fix ourselves, fix others or even “help” in the way we think we do. Sometimes, it is enough to be there, listen, acknowledge and trust the process. 93. At 96, She’s Still Learning, Working & Exploring Life with Bubbles Levinson

Born and bred in Johannesburg, Bubbles was the second of four children and grew up in a multicultural and multilingual family. Her mother travelled with her to Belgium when she was just six months old, so French was her mother tongue. It seems fitting that her professional life followed a similarly diverse path. Bubbles trained in psychoanalysis, studying the work of British psychoanalysts including Melanie Klein, Donald Winnicott, Douglas Fairbairn, Marion Milner and Ronnie Laing. She later trained in Gestalt therapy in America, Tomatis Music Therapy in Paris, and Constellation Therapy in Germany. In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy sits down with Bubbles to explore the many paths that have shaped her life and work, her move to New Zealand at 82, and what has kept her curious, engaged and continuing to work with people throughout her life. They also talk about relationships, expectations, and the deeper meaning behind I take you as you are” — allowing ourselves and others to be who we truly are, without needing them to be different for us. This conversation also connects beautifully with Bubbles’ upcoming two-part online exploration, Liberation: “I Take You As You Are”, taking place on 14 & 21 October 2026, 7–9 pm NZT. She'll explore expectations, needs and projections in relationships, taking responsibility for our own needs, and how acceptance can create greater freedom. Both sessions will be recorded. 92. Trusting What Emerges in Family Constellations with Andrea Lehmann

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy Cartwright sits down with Andrea Lehmann to explore her journey into Family Constellations. Born in Australia and raised in Switzerland, Andrea grew up with a deep connection to nature and the outdoors before travelling and eventually making New Zealand her home. Her grounded, nature-connected approach continues to influence the way she works. Andrea shares her deeply intuitive approach to Family Constellations and why she doesn't see the work as something that needs to be rigidly planned. They talk about what it means to slow down, listen to the body, notice what is present, and allow the process to unfold. The conversation also explores the importance of community and belonging, the surprising ways nature and animals have become part of Andrea's constellation work, and why she believes we heal in community rather than isolation. Tracy and Andrea also talk about one of the biggest lessons in facilitation: it's not our job to fix people. Sometimes the work is about seeing something differently, finding resources, and taking only the next step that is ready to be taken. A warm, honest and sometimes wonderfully funny conversation about intuition, community, nature, resourcing, learning and trusting the field. 91. Ancestral Healing, Body Wisdom & the Ripple Effect of Family Constellations with Aleksandra Shymina

What happens when we begin to listen not only to our minds, but to our bodies, our hearts and the stories carried through our lineages? In this beautiful conversation, Tracy Cartwright chats with Aleksandra Shymina, who has been practising Family Constellations personally and professionally since 2013. Her work has expanded through classical constellations, Systemic Ritual, shamanic work and transpersonal psychotherapy, with a deepening focus on our relationship with ancestors and the wisdom held within our lineages. Aleksandra shares how her own journey into ancestral healing led her to Family Constellations, what the work taught her about trusting the intelligence of the body, and why she sees healing as something that can ripple through generations. They explore ancestral pain and wisdom, belonging and exclusion, resourcing before intervention, heart wisdom, meditation, relationships, giving and receiving, and the possibility of becoming more conscious of how we influence those who come after us. A thoughtful and wide-ranging conversation about tending to what has been forgotten, listening more deeply, reconnecting with our bodies and ancestors, and considering what becomes possible when we attend to ourselves and our lineages. 90. When We Tell a Different Story, We Can Have a Different Experience with John Harold Moore

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy Cartwright sits down with family constellations facilitator and spiritual coach John Harold Moore for a wide-ranging conversation about family patterns, inherited stories, the knowing field, and the possibility of seeing our lives differently. John shares how he first discovered family constellations in 2012 and how an experience in his very first constellation changed the direction of his life. John also shares a deeply personal story about his grandmother and the shame he felt he had inherited, as well as a powerful constellation experience involving his father that helped him reconnect with a different memory and a different possibility around being fully himself. The conversation also moves into the mysterious experience of the knowing field, trusting what unfolds rather than trying to control it, and learning to release our attachment to how we think things should happen. And then there's John's wonderfully unexpected story about his seven years performing at Walt Disney World and how that experience helped a painfully shy person become comfortable standing in front of hundreds of people. At the heart of the conversation is a beautiful question: What if we could tell a different story about what happened to us and move forward from a different place? A warm, honest and sometimes funny conversation about family, belonging, memory, healing, trust and the stories we choose to carry. Listen in and see what resonates for you. 89. What If Healing Isn’t About Becoming Whole with Karin Dremel

In this conversation, Tracy Cartwright is joined by Karin Dremel, M.T.S., a systemic traumatologist and heart-centred systems constellator, for a rich exploration of trauma, Family Constellations, embodiment and the many systems that shape us. Karin brings decades of embodied, somatic and systemic work to the conversation, drawing from her experience with developmental and inherited ancestral trauma, Somatic Experiencing®, Hakomi, Rolfing®, Family Constellations and interdisciplinary studies. Her approach is grounded in what she describes as systemic imagination, trauma-sensitive presence and radical hospitality. Together, Tracy and Karin explore “withnessing” what happens when we truly stay present with another person's experience, as well as nested trauma and the way our experiences can be shaped not only by our family, but by our early development, culture, institutions, history and larger systems. Karin also shares her beautiful metaphor for trauma work: darning. They talk about early developmental trauma, the parts of us that need protection and nourishment, finding the strong places we can anchor into, and how the resources of the present can help us meet what happened in the past. A thoughtful and deeply human conversation about trauma, Family Constellations, connection, and the possibility of creating a new fabric from what has been torn.  Learn more about Karin's work:  www.karindremel.com I’d love to hear what resonates with you—drop me a message on Instagram @tracy.cartwright  and for more insights visit my website at tracycartwright.co.nz ***  🎙️ Want to join the constellation community or learn more? 88. What We Carry From Our Families with Monika Wyss

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy sits down with Monika Wyss, a Family Constellation facilitator, trainer and founder of Heart Sanctuary in Kuala Lumpur, to explore the experiences, relationships and family patterns that can shape our lives in ways we may not always recognise. Monika discovered Family Constellations in 2001, an experience that opened the door to a lifelong journey of healing and self-discovery. Since 2008, she has been sharing this work through sessions, workshops and courses, helping people uncover hidden patterns and reconnect with their hearts.  Together, Tracy and Monika talk about family connection, cultural expectations, inherited patterns, trust, belonging and the difference between caring for our families because we feel we have to and doing so from love and choice. They also explore how Monika's work has evolved through living and working across different cultures in Asia, what she has learned along the way, and why Family Constellations has become much more than a modality for her; it has become a way of living and seeing the world. It's a warm and thoughtful conversation about family, healing, curiosity, trust, belonging and what it means to truly live from the heart.
