Sara Stansberry: How to Blow Up Your Life and Build One You Love

Sometimes the moment that changes everything looks small from the outside. For my lovely guest and Founder, writer and life coach, Sara Stansberry, it was a garage door that simply wouldn't close ✨ That one frustrating morning, with three little ones watching from their car seats, opened her eyes to how far she had drifted from the woman and mother she wanted to be. Sara, creator of How to Blow Up Your Life (her Substack, podcast, and upcoming book releasing February 9, 2027), shares how she began gently taking apart old beliefs about being a "good" wife, mother, and woman, and rebuilding a life rooted in truth, healing, and joy. She walks us through the shaking, the breaking, and the making of a new life, and the three simple questions that guided her every step. What a beautiful picture of SURRENDER: releasing who we think we should be and trusting God with who He created us to become 💙 Together, we talk about: 💙 Sara's three questions: How do I feel? What do I need? Who do I want to be in this moment? 💙 Why our feelings are a gift and a compass 💙 Letting go of the "shoulds" and giving ourselves permission to have needs 💙 The power of having just ONE safe person walk alongside you Sara reminds us that deep beneath the noise lives a quiet voice, a deep place of connection that guides us toward the purpose we were placed here for. So let's pause, get still, and listen. The life your soul is longing for is waiting for you, one brave, faith-filled step at a time 💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Sara! ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sarastansberry/  ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sarastansberry  ▪️TikTok: https://tiktok.com/@sarastansberry  ▪️Substack: https://sarastansberry.substack.com/

Shanna Ingalsbee: The Gift of Letting Others Help You

Some dreams bloom right away. Others wait quietly in a drawer for twenty years, until God says, now ✨ That's the story of my dear guest and author, Shanna Ingalsbee, whose first children's book, The Nearly True Adventures of My Bunny Steve, was released the very day we sat down together! It all began with a real bunny named Steve who went missing under a friend's bed, and a little spark in Shanna's heart that whispered, this would make a wonderful book. She wrote it in rhyme, her former officemate Chris illustrated it, and then… it waited. Year after year, doors stayed closed, until in His perfect timing, Amy and Nancy Harrington said YES. What a beautiful picture of SURRENDER: holding a dream with open hands and trusting the right moment and the right people will come 💙 Together, we talk about: 💙 Saying YES to something new, even when you've never done it before 💙 Trusting His timing with our dreams 💙 Why asking for help is a gift to others and ourselves 💙 Letting go of the "what ifs" and finding joy in the present moment Whatever dream you've tucked away, I invite you to bring it back into the light. Surrender the how and the when to Him, lean into His strength, and take the next right step with joy. He's got you, and He's got your story, too 💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll 💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Shanna! ▪️Website: https://mybunnysteve.com/  ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shannaingalsbeeauthor/  ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61593206141970  ▪️Purchase ‘The Nearly True Adventures of My Bunny Steve’: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HFYQCSCH

Michele Richman: The Stories We Almost Don't Tell

What if the story you're hesitant to share is the very one someone else is waiting to hear? ✨ Today I'm joined by Michele Richman, Chief People Officer and Lead Coach at Lawline, former prosecutor, speaker, and author of The Stories We Almost Don't Tell. Michelle blends legal expertise, executive leadership, and mindset coaching to help people and organizations grow, and her word for the year says it all: COURAGE. Michele opens up about finally advocating for herself as fiercely as she has always advocated for her children and her team, taking a "deep work sabbatical" after 18 years, and discovering what it truly feels like to be PRESENT. She also shares how a morning when a bat was found sleeping on her son sparked a promise to write one story a month… and 50 stories later, a book was born. Together, we talk about: 💙 Why asking for what we need is an act of courage 💙 How being present changes everything, at work, at home, and with ourselves 💙 The power of journaling and coaching to process life and shift our mindset 💙 Letting go of the "shoulds," the shame, and the imposter syndrome that hold us back 💙 Why the stories we almost don't tell are often the ones that help others feel less alone Michelle's encouragement is simple and so powerful: you don't need 50 stories or a finished book to begin. Write down ONE story, share it with ONE person, and watch what happens. You matter. Your story matters. And someone out there may be waiting for the story only you can tell  💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll 💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact ▪️Instagram: https://shorturl.at/pYPX4 ▪️Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Michele! ▪️Website: https://michelerichman.com/ ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michelerichman.coach/ ▪️LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michele-richman/ ▪️Purchase ‘The Stories We Almost Don't Tell’: https://www.amazon.com/Stories-We-Almost-Dont-Tell-ebook/dp/B0GTB8KHVS/

Emily Chapman: The Four Pillars of A Longer & Healthier Life

We spend so much time investing in our homes, careers, finances, and families…What about investing in the body that carries us through it all? I had such a wonderful conversation with Emily Chapman, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and founder of Emily Chapman Wellness, about becoming more intentional about our health, our habits, and the quality of the life we want to live. Emily’s own journey was shaped by a family history of diabetes and an unexpected season of personal change that asked her to rebuild, become RESILIENT, and focus on her own health. What emerged was a deeper purpose: helping others take a proactive approach to their health through sustainable changes in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and metabolic health. One message stayed with me: when we invest in our health, we are investing in our future. If you’ve been ready to take better care of yourself, I hope this conversation inspires you to begin where you are. Your health is a gift, and caring for it creates more opportunity to live, love, move, serve, laugh, and be present for the people who matter most. 💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Emily! ▪️TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@emilychapmanwellness?_r=1&_t=ZT-92ettUBla3B  ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/emilychapmanwellness  ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/emily.chapman.108  ▪️LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/emilychapmanwellness/  Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@emilychapman5229

Colby Bessera: Learning to Be Unabashedly Yourself

Every new beginning asks us to let something go ✨ I’m joined by a young man I’m blessed to call family, writer and Oberlin College freshman Colby Bassera, whose graduation play, Eulogy for a Coachman, imagines Cinderella’s little mouse longing to stay human, even if it means letting go of who he once was. Written during a senior year full of big questions about leaving home, Colby’s story is a tender reminder that growth often asks us to release what’s familiar. What a beautiful reflection of SURRENDER: opening our hands and stepping forward with courage into who we’re becoming 💙 Together, we talk about: 💙 Letting go of the old to make room for the new 💙 Why support and honesty are the greatest gifts for young creatives 💙 Creating for the pure joy of it and releasing perfection 💙 Learning to be “unabashedly” ourselves Each of us carries precious God-given gifts, meant to be nurtured and celebrated. So write the story, sing the song, paint the picture, and take the next joyful, faith-filled step 💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Colby! ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/colbyjackolantern?igsh=azJreWsxMGthaXZw&utm_source=qr

Maaya Konishi: Finding Your Voice, Taking the Leap, and Creating a Bigger Life

Often, our next chapter begins before we feel ready for it. I had such a meaningful conversation with Maaya Konishi, CEO of Communica in Japan and author of Becoming CEO: My Love of Languages and My Path to Leadership, about finding your voice, trusting your path, and creating a life that feels bigger than simply getting through the day. Maaya shares her journey from investment banking to entrepreneurship, the challenge of stepping into leadership before she felt ready, and the powerful realization that confidence doesn’t come before action - it comes BECAUSE of action. We talk about fear, feedback, taking the leap, and learning to SURRENDER the noise long enough to move forward. We also explore the deeper purpose behind communication: using our words to express what matters, inspire others, and bring our vision into reality. Maaya has helped thousands of professionals find their voice, and her message goes far beyond learning a language - it’s about discovering what you want to contribute to the world and having the courage to share it. If you’ve ever felt underprepared, stuck in a season that no longer fits, or waited for confidence before taking action, I hope this conversation encourages you to trust that you can begin RIGHT where you are. You may discover that the confidence, clarity, and bigger life you’re waiting for are found on the other side of simply taking the next courageous step. 💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Maaya! ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/maaya_konishi/    ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/staff.communica/    ▪️Purchase ‘Becoming CEO’: https://shorturl.at/VJCsn

Margot Machol Bisnow: Raising Children Who Are Brave Enough to Be Themselves

Every child has a gift. Sometimes our job is simply to pay attention long enough to see it. That idea was at the heart of my conversation with Margot Machol Bisnow, author of Raising an Entrepreneur. After interviewing 99 successful entrepreneurs, Margot discovered a powerful common thread: someone believed in them. Someone noticed their gifts, encouraged their passions, and supported them through the ups and downs. We talk about the pressure surrounding grades, college, traditional career paths, and what happens when a child doesn’t fit that mold. We explore why failure can become feedback, why resilience and the willingness to pivot matter, and how confidence grows when we pursue something we truly love. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, mentor - or someone still discovering your own gifts - I hope you walk away with a renewed desire to pay attention. What brings someone joy? What are they naturally curious about? What gift might be waiting to be nurtured? Sometimes the most powerful thing we can give another person is the belief that they can figure it out. And sometimes, that belief is exactly what helps them discover what’s possible 💙🙏🕊️ Love and prayers, Carroll💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Margot! ▪️Website: https://raisinganentrepreneur.com/  ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/margotbisnow/?hl=en  ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/raisinganentrepreneur1/  ▪️LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/margot-machol-bisnow-a29550b5/  ▪️Purchase ‘Raising an Entrepreneur’: https://www.amazon.com/Raising-Entrepreneur-Children-Achieve-Families/dp/1098377745/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1649777585&sr=8-5

Sandra Lee: Your Healing Story Isn’t Over Yet: The Remarkable Power of the Brain

What if there is more possible than you ever imagined? ✨ In this beautiful conversation, I sit down with Sandra Lee, a brain restoration specialist and intuitive sound healer, to explore the incredible capacity of the brain, the power of HOPE, and what healing can look like when we stay open to possibility. Together, we talk about: 💙 The brain’s remarkable ability to create new pathways through neuroplasticity 💙 How repetition, movement, and intention can support the brain as it heals 💙 The powerful connection between belief, hope, and the healing journey 💙 What it can look like to let go of the outcome while continuing to take the next step 💙 How trusting the journey and staying curious can open us to possibilities we may have never imagined This conversation is a beautiful reminder for every one of us: our story continues to unfold. SURRENDER invites us to release our grip on how we think something should happen and trust that there may be a path we cannot see yet. Often, the most powerful step is staying open, believing in what is possible, trusting HIM with ‘it’, and taking the next step with faith 💙 Love and prayers, Carroll💙 🌍 Stay connected with me! ▪️ Newsletter: https://carrollpatrizi.com/contact   ▪️Instagram:    https://shorturl.at/pYPX4  ▪️Tiktok:  https://www.tiktok.com/@cpatrizi  ▪️Facebook:   https://www.facebook.com/carroll.njpatrizi  ▪️LinkedIn: https://shorturl.at/cQ1UT  ▪️Website: https://carrollpatrizi.com/ 🌍 Connect with Sandra! ▪️Website: https://miracleinspirations.com/  ▪️Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@sandralee1miracleinspirations   ▪️Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/miracleinspirations/  ▪️Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SandraLeeInspiration/  ▪️LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sandra-lee-701662250/
