    No one in Washington has pursued Dr. Anthony Fauci for his potential criminal involvement in the global coronavirus pandemic. The creation of the virus. The funding. The cover up. Hoover ‘Had Secret Files On People, Pressured People, Gave Money, Threatened to Expose People’ During an interview with Newsmax, host Ed Henry asked Paul, “You’ve been dogging about going after Dr. Tony Fauci, and you’ve just released some new documents that suggest he was deeply involved with the intelligence community, the National Security Council there at the Biden White House. What did you learn, and what can we do to hold him accountable?” “Because we’ve talked about this for so long,” Henry asked. “Can we take action now that you’ve gotten these documents?” Sen. Paul replied, “You know, the closest thing I can use in comparison would be J Edgar Hoover, who was in charge of the FBI for 70 years, had secret files on people, pressured people, gave money, threatened to expose people.” “That was J. Edgar Hoover,” Paul said. “And we were so upset by it that we tried to reform it in the 1970s because of what he had done to our country.” On what would have been Hoover’s 100th birthday in 2024, Matthew Harwood wrote for Reason, “Presidential administrations throughout the 20th century—likely fearing Hoover and his secret files—left him unchecked and either actively supported or tacitly approved of his methods. Presidents from Franklin Delano Roosevelt to Richard Nixon found Hoover’s capabilities useful for their political agendas, thus embedding a culture of surveillance and political manipulation that Hoover masterfully orchestrated.” Hoover manipulated the system for his own agenda, breaking laws, pressuring and circumventing some of the most powerful people in government. For decades. Sound familiar? Paul continued with Newsmax, “Fauci was there for 40 years. He was paid more than the president. He abused his office. He had his tentacles into the community. And he basically changed the narrative.” “The narrative that he didn’t want out was that he had funded gain-of-function research and that this dangerous research led to a pandemic that killed 15 million people,” Paul said. “He didn’t want out.” Fauci was fine with what he was doing. Until things began to unravel. So the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) started making up his own reality - one in which he conviently wasn’t guilty of anything. ‘He Changed the Truth’ The Kentucky senator explained, “And so what he did is he changed the truth. He obscured and covered his tracks, and he got scientists to say, oh, no, this came from the wet market when the science was already known. We have e-mails from him in January of 2020 admitting that it didn’t come from the market, there were lineages of this separate and before the market, and that the marketplace with the unusual animals they eat was an amplifier event. It wasn’t the origin of it.” “He knew this early on and yet promoted a different narrative,” Paul noted. In another interview with Real America’s Voice, Paul elaborated further. Host John Solomon said to Sen. Paul, “I looked at that timeline and you start to understand the master manipulation of Dr. Fauci. He makes all these friends in the intelligence community so that the day when his own experiment blows up in the Wuhan lab, he’s got the ability to bamboozle them.” “Is that what we think was probably going on in early 2020?” Solomon asked. “He was calling on old relationships so he could mislead the intelligence community about what he really was doing?” Paul basically affirmed this. “One of the most incredible timelines, I think, is January 26th or 27th, 2020,” Paul observed. “He’s getting phone calls all day long, but he’s still exchanging phone calls and emails at three in the morning. One of the last ones at three in the morning is to Bob Kadlec, who I didn’t know at the time what his job was, but he was in charge of the committee that oversaw dangerous research. Fauci’s sending him a note at three in the morning.” Dr. Robert Kadlec worked with Fauci at the time the pandemic was emerging, was part of the government’s response to COVID-19 and helped him discredit the lab leak theory. Kadlec would later testify before the House. He told Sky News in 2023 that he would lay awake at night “agonizing” over his actions and those of others involved in the cover up. Paul said, “You must have trouble sleeping if you’re sending something at three. Something must be bothering you if at three in the morning you’re sending him an email that says, oh, just wanted you to see this.” Paul has so much evidence against Fauci on the corruption, crimes, cover ups and more than it would be one of the greatest injustices of this century if Anthony Fauci isn’t prosecuted, given the gravity of how the coronavirus pandemic changed America and the world. But so far, Fauci has been a free man. He’s played the system and bent the rules for his own benefit as much - and probably more - than most federal government actors.     Deepfakes: Identity Theft, and the Global Fight to Reclaim Control of Your Own Person

    U.S. Senator Rand Paul recently posted on X with a stark warning about deepfake technology. “Deepfake lies can wreck an election in days. Free speech means you can mock politicians. It does not mean you can falsely accuse someone of crimes or treason. We need real accountability for defamation while protecting satire and dissent.” Ironic that deepfakes are causing concern in the U.S. when someone can fake a politican’s identity, but knowing Rand and Ron Paul’s history of calling out fraud and abuse in government generally, we can guess he’s trying to get the attention of politicians who could be deepfaked themselves. Just how bad is the deepfake situation? In mere seconds, AI can swap faces, alter voices, and fabricate entire scenes that look indistinguishable from reality. Someone can accuse a public figure of treason or corruption with chilling plausibility. Microsoft recently revealed deepfake capacity with one audio clip and one photograph, and you can barely tell it isn’t real. They can also deepfake an innocent person or a patriot and make them look and act like they said or did something that they never did, and with the speed of the internet, that deepfake is now all over the world, sometimes too fast to undo the actions that the Deep State might take with really elaborate deep fakes. They’ve already pushed against freedom of speech and the the right to bare arms, so what’s stopping them from using deep fakes as “proof” that something happened, especially as AI gets more advanced by the week? One viral deepfake could swing voter sentiment, spark outrage, or derail a campaign before fact-checkers catch up. Paul’s point is precise: satire and criticism are sacred, but weaponized falsehoods that destroy reputations demand consequences. Look no further than what they’re trying to do to politicians who stand up against AIPAC and the war. This isn’t hypothetical. Deepfakes have already infiltrated elections worldwide. From fabricated candidate speeches to staged scandals, the technology’s speed and accessibility—thanks to freely available AI tools—make it a perfect storm for misinformation. A single convincing video can reach millions in hours, eroding trust in institutions faster than any traditional smear campaign. Paul’s call for “real accountability” might be too late. Blanket censorship risks chilling free speech, but targeted defamation laws, civil penalties, and platform could be the only way we can save a sense of our human identities at all. The Deepfake Threat Extends Far Beyond Politics The same technology that can fake a politician’s confession is being used to steal ordinary people’s identities in deeply personal, devastating ways—most commonly through non-consensual deepfake pornography. Is it any surprise since we’ve learned that some guy named Mo could be using Ai to make millions off a woman’s identity on only fans, robbed from her without her even knowing? Here, the damage isn’t just reputational. it’s psychological, professional, and existential. Victims see their faces and bodies superimposed onto explicit content without consent, often shared virally. The result can be humiliation, job loss, mental health crises, and a permanent loss of control over their own image. Whole countries are stepping up aggressively—not just punishing creators, but actively helping victims reclaim their identities through lawsuits, takedowns, and compensation. The Netherlands stands out as a leading example. In recent years, several Dutch celebrities publicly announced they had become victims of deepfake porn videos. They collectively filed criminal charges, marking a watershed moment. Dutch law has adapted rapidly. In 2023, an Amsterdam court handed down the country’s first conviction for deepfake pornography—180 hours of community service—by broadly interpreting Article 139h of the Penal Code (revenge porn provisions) to cover AI-generated “images of a sexual nature,” even if no real footage of the victim existed. The ruling recognized that realism is what matters: if viewers believe it’s genuine, the harm is real. Victims aren’t stopping at criminal complaints. Civil remedies are proving even more powerful for “giving people’s identity back.” Under portrait rights (a unique Dutch doctrine protecting one’s likeness), individuals can sue creators and platforms to demand immediate removal of content. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adds another layer: a person’s face in a deepfake qualifies as personal data, triggering rights to erasure and compensation for damages. Tort law further allows claims for reputational harm and emotional distress. Preliminary relief proceedings enable swift court orders to take videos offline before they spread further. In practice, this means victims can force platforms to delete deepfakes, sue anonymous creators when identifiable, and recover financial losses—literally reclaiming ownership of their digital selves. The Netherlands isn’t alone. A wave of countries is enacting similar measures, blending criminal penalties with civil empowerment: US Laws Against Deep Fakes IN America, federal proposals like the Defiance Act grant victims explicit rights to sue creators and distributors of non-consensual deepfake pornography for damages. States such as California already allow civil lawsuits (AB 602), while the Take It Down Act (passed the Senate in late 2024) mandates 48-hour removal from platforms. District attorneys, including in San Francisco, have sued websites hosting deepfake generators. UK, South Korea, Australia, Croatia Deep Fake Laws The Uk has amended its Online Safety Act to criminalize both the creation and sharing of sexually explicit deepfakes without consent, with penalties up to two years in prison. South Korea has taken the hardest stance, criminalizing not only creation and distribution but even possession and consumption of deepfake porn—punishable by up to three years in prison or heavy fines. This followed widespread school scandals involving students as victims. Australia criminalized both creation and distribution in 2024, treating it as an aggravating factor in sentencing. Croatia became the first member state to enact specific deepfake criminal provisions in 2021, with Spain drafting new laws targeting AI-generated images and voices. Broader EU efforts aim to harmonize criminalization by 2027, leveraging GDPR across borders for takedowns. Deepfakes don’t just create fakes—they steal identity. By enabling lawsuits for removal, damages, and injunctions, governments are restoring agency. Platforms face pressure too; many now deploy detection tools and respond faster to reports. Of course, challenges remain. Creators often operate anonymously or abroad. Detection AI lags behind generation tools. Free speech concerns require careful drafting—Netherlands and others emphasize “realism” and “harm” thresholds to avoid overreach. Education and watermarking standards will be crucial supplements to legislation. Senator Paul’s post is a timely reminder that deepfakes threaten the public square. But the personal stories of victims in the Netherlands and beyond show the human cost is even more frightening. As AI evolves, so must our response to its output.     Fauci’s Deadly Blind Spot: Steroids Worked

    Senator Rand Paul just slammed the last nail in the coffin of the low-cost solution that could have possibly saved thousands of Americans. The slow-burning anger that rises within you whenever you add another piece of the COVID puzzle together and you begin to realize just how badly they messed with you. Senator Rand Paul recently recapped his first attempt (early, urgent) to get Anthony Fauci to consider using High-Dose Intravenous Steroids for those patients who were seriously ill (severe inflammation/crashing lungs). Steroids had proven effective against similar storms in other illnesses. Senator Paul explained this clearly; Dr. Fauci dismissed it flatly, “No.” Then Dr. Fauci went back to touting Remdesivir as the golden ticket. A drug that barely improved survival rates for the patients, and at an enormous cost to the patients’ kidneys, and their bank accounts. The data did not need permission. The RECOVERY trial provided some irrefutable numbers that nobody could spin: Dexamethasone reduced death rates in ventilated patients by approximately 1/3. From approximately 41% down to 29%. That is not statistics; that is people breathing again, leaving hospitals, returning to their children. Rather than jump onto this life-saving rope, the NIH (with Dr. Fauci leading the charge) continued to push Remdesivir as the de facto standard in-patient treatment. Why? What justification exists for ignoring the obvious when lives are at stake? Consider the timeline. Paul suggested the use of steroids in the Spring of 2020. The RECOVERY trial reported the results of the study in June. Thousands of people had already lost their lives due to treatments that ignored the obvious. The FDA granted Emergency Approval to Remdesivir, established it as the standard in-patient treatment, and generated billions of dollars for its manufacturer. Steroids? Generic. Cheap. No patents. No revolving-door payoffs. Coincidence? Dr. Fauci did not simply miss the boat; he actively undermined the repurposing of existing medications which could have been used to undermine the narrative. Physicians who spoke out against Dr. Fauci’s dismissal of repurposed drugs were smeared, silenced, or threatened with loss of their licenses. Hospitals responded to money: use Remdesivir, receive the payment. Suggest alternative medications? Lose your job. The pattern was evident from day one. Deny inexpensive alternatives, promote expensive experimental products of Pharmaceutical companies, and when the bodies pile up, blame the virus – never the gate-keepers. This leads to the gut-wrenching question that each American should be asking themselves today: How many ventilated grandparents, parents, siblings could still be alive today if Dr. Fauci had simply listened rather than lectured? And why does a career bureaucrat continue to be allowed to rewrite history on television while the families that he failed will never receive a real apology? Arrogance is deep-seated. This was not solely incompetence. This was control masquerading as expertise. Those with centralized power pick winners long before the evidence ever presents itself. Doctors treating patients freely would have solved this problem much quicker. Open debate, real world results, market signals – that is how medical advancements are achieved. Not through top-down decrees issued by those with conflicts of interests thicker than their resumes. Rand Paul continues to pound away because someone needs to. He is the one who questioned Dr. Fauci regarding funding for Gain-of-Function research, definitions being changed to fit the narrative, and mandates that destroyed the livelihoods of Americans while elites celebrated mask-less parties. Rand Paul is also bringing attention to the steroid betrayal again – a clear, documented failure that cost lives and destroyed trust forever. And here is the part they wish you wouldn’t read – the full, unfiltered break-down of how each layer of the response apparatus protected its own while Americans suffered. They are pointing to the usual suspects tied to smear campaigns on PubPeer. There was no error. The hacking was a purposeful act to prevent the information from getting out. The scientific evidence within the study was shocking. The immune systems of the people being studied had been severely damaged. The body’s natural ability to detect and destroy tumor cells had been eliminated. The spike proteins from the mRNA shots were present in the cancerous tissues of the patients. The plasmid DNA in the mRNA shots contained SV40 promoters which allowed the plasmids to evade the body’s defenses due to the lipid nanoparticles used in the mRNA shots. The very things that regulators told us would NOT be a problem are exactly what are happening in the bodies of the people who received the mRNA shots.
