    What 23 Has Taught Me

In this week's episode, we talked about growth, self-discovery, and learning to embrace the season of life you're currently in. Sometimes it's easy to look back at old versions of ourselves with embarrassment or regret, but the truth is that every version of you served a purpose. The person you used to be helped shape the person you are today. Your mistakes, lessons, victories, and growing pains all contributed to who you're becoming, and there's beauty in honoring that journey instead of criticizing it. We also explored what it truly means to invest in yourself. Not just through goals or productivity, but by intentionally nurturing your health, faith, happiness, and personal growth. Taking time to introduce yourself to yourself—to learn what you value, what brings you joy, and who God created you to be—is one of the most worthwhile investments you can make. The more you know yourself, the more confidently you can walk through life. Finally, we discussed the importance of letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out. You don't have to carry life alone, and you don't need all the answers right now. The right people will support you, encourage you, and walk alongside you, while God continues to guide your steps. You're not meant to have the wisdom of someone decades older—you are simply meant to be where you are. At 23, your job isn't to know everything; it's to learn, grow, trust, and be fully present in the season you're living today.

  2. H.A.G.S!

    H.A.G.S!

This episode is your reminder that the “perfect summer” does not have to mean completely reinventing yourself. We talk about how every summer feels different, and instead of chasing trends or trying to become a whole new person, this season can simply be about adding more life into the person you already are. From creating Pinterest boards and finding your summer style, to investing in staple pieces you’ll actually wear, this episode is all about building a summer that feels authentic, inspiring, and exciting to you. We also dive into romanticizing your life this summer — buying the film camera, taking blurry sunset pictures with your friends, keeping disposable cameras in your bag, booking the trip you keep talking yourself out of, and finally buying the concert tickets before it’s too late. Sometimes the best summers happen because you gave yourself things to look forward to. Whether it’s traveling, spending more time outdoors, going to festivals, or simply trying something different, this episode encourages you to stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start creating moments you’ll actually remember. At the same time, we talk about the importance of staying grounded while everything around you feels fast-paced. Waking up earlier, going on morning walks, having quiet time before the day starts, and keeping routines that make you feel centered can completely change the energy of your summer. More than anything, this episode is about creating a season that feels full — not because you changed who you are, but because you leaned more into the things that make you feel alive.
