None of us would have ever healed if we didn't rewrite our stories. Become the author of our own story of self. We either let society, modern culture, the narrative write our story for us. Or? We write our own story. In healing the difference is profound. The narrative story written for us says that the sun is bad, cholesterol is bad, saturated fat is bad. And so much more. Is this your story? It is your choice. Each of us can author a new story of self and our relationship with food, movement, sun, healing trauma and more. And what a healthy diet is. Is eating six meals healthy or 3 or fewer? Is butter bad or is margarine? What is YOUR story? Our sense of self can be written by others. Even our lane in the world can be written by others as Cameron observes. And this inauthenticity can be very damaging to us and our ability to heal. And most accept that constructed by others' story, which is never truly ours, as their story.  Ultimately every healing story is a form of Joseph Campbell's 'hero journey'. Reclaiming authorship of our lives, health decisions, and healing. It is a form of evolution. Shadow work. Destruction and new beginnings. As a health coach, yes I supply knowledge and technique.     Most people underestimate how much grains, especially breads and pastas which are refined carbs, are fueling chronic pain, brain fog, autoimmunity, metabolic mayhem, hunger, obesity, and our modern  lifelong health issues. What if the key to transforming your health and reclaiming your energy is as simple as ditching grains for good? Larry and KayLynne Diamond share their personal journeys from suffering severe joint pain, psoriasis, severe IBS, sleep apnea, morbid obesity, chronic hunger, and brain fog to thriving on a grain-free lifestyle. They reveal the surprising science behind why grains are truly the most inflammatory foods, highlighting the dangers of GMO grains, glyphosate contamination, and gluten's role in permeability issues like leaky gut and the blood-brain barrier. We point out research has shown that gluten is in ALL Grains. The only wheat, barley, and rye was marketing so that a 'gluten-free' market of inflated prices with corn and rice could be created. Many celiac never heal if their medical teams are unaware of this. The percentage of gluten proteins do vary. Wheat and corn have the highest percentage of gluten proteins, with white rice having among the least. This knowledge is hidden from most wanting to go gluten-free. We also cover that in the United States, glyphosate is used as a desiccant right before harvest. Super high levels of glyphosate have been found in all grains, especially oats. Parents thinking they are doing something right, say a corn-based or oat-based(often very high levels of gluten) 'gluten free snack', are feeding refined carbs, often GMO, with high levels of glyphosate. And these products drive a leaky gut and leaky brain in ALL ages from 102 to 2 weeks old. We share practical tips for making the transition, including how to enjoy flavorful, satisfying meals without grains, think mouthwatering Mexican dishes, crispy chicken tenders, and Thanksgiving favorites, all without gluten or seed oils. Learn about how grain-free eliminates decision fatigue, if you are grain-free there is no negotiation at work or restaurants. We emphasize it is a choice, not a restriction. And that we know hundreds of grain-free people personally and not a single one regrets it and we all stay because we LOVE it. We also note that grains are tasteless. The familiarity of a childhood favorite, the flavors all remain. Spaghetti and meatballs with just the meatball and sauce, still tastes the same! A burger pops more.
