    What happens when you give two unapologetic maximalists the mic? Can confirm the conversation pops off, real fast. Alexxa and I talk about the stuff women usually say only to themselves, or quietly among friends, if at all: Bodies--the changes we experience, and the ones we elect to make along the way. Unapologetic confidence as a point of view, and how it requires constant upkeep and recalibration in order to make it authentic. More than anything, we make it so clear that what matters is choosing and working on the version of yourself that feels most you—even if it’s untraditional, opinionated, 50 shades of pink and fully unhinged. We do our best to encourage women so specifically to quiet any noise that deters you or tries to talk you out of who you are. If this hit, save it for the days you forget that positive self-talk is a discipline and confidence is a practice, not a personality trait. Also, and as per uzsh, I talk over Alexxa constantly, and my phrase of the day is "I respect that so much" for those of you who play a drinking game during my episodes!     Y'all. I got a real accountant who is gonna help me get all the tax returns, and as such, I'll need to keep pumping out episodes so there are said expenses to deduct. My yacht can't buy itself.... So please enjoy this long-awaited gem of an episode with Layla. As always, we cover a chaotic range of topics which include personal ideas of wealth and richness (obviously), beauty and leisure. We try to reconcile introversion while having an extroverted skill set, needing and fine-tuning a nuanced radar for validation in our day-to-day considering our work is to serve. And perhaps most importantly, how to squash impostor syndrome. And for good. It's gonna be the storm of the century this weekend, you'll need something to do..... Enjoy!

    Kate + Isabel & Kristina

    I. loved. this. afternoon. I had the honor of hosting Isabel and Kristina for an hour-plus yap about basically how hard it is to be so good at so many things, and how skill and talent are not only different but sometimes get in the way. We dive deep into not knowing how exactly to go about what we want, but knowing we want something different than where we were or are--and for ourselves, not for anyone else. We talk at LENGTH about boundaries bc between the three of us, our boundaries could create a new country altogether. If you choose the YouTube route, you can also see Dom & Sloan fighting over my guests' attention throughout the entire. hour. And most importantly, Isabel & Kristina teach us all a new affirmation: I AM THAT BITCH.

    Kate + Sara

    Sara and I do not come up for air the entire time, y'all. We chaotically cover a range of topics starting with not wearing underwear & laundry habits, to self-awareness, Russian manicures and tiers of wealth, and most importantly, our love of and need for leisure and luxury. I tell the story of the Egg Guy and teach about the merits of dialing 3-1-1, and we discover how Sara feels about my pets, most specifically Dom. We hit on mostly-my self-diagnosis of ADHD, dyslexia, braces and glasses...it's CHAOS! Cheers!
