    Rosie's Rants: the benefit of breastfeeding that nobody talks about

    Everyone’s heard the health claims about breastfeeding. This isn’t that episode. Rosie is tired of formula always being called “the easy option” and breastfeeding being treated as pure sacrifice. Drawing on her experience nursing two kids in Germany, she argues for a side of the debate that almost never comes up: the ways nursing can make your life easier. Along the way, she takes on a statistic from a much bigger podcast that she thinks is just plain wrong. She explains why she calls pumping “the worst of both worlds.”  This isn’t a lecture or a guilt trip.
