    13: Hormones or Gut Testing First? (Nikki's Notes)

    "Do I test my gut or my hormones first?" I got this question from a woman in our community, and I loved it so much I had to record a whole note on it. If you feel like your hormones are running the show, the PMS, the mood swings, the weight that won't move, the hormonal acne, your instinct is to go looking for a hormone answer.     8: The 60-Second Test to Measure Low Stomach Acid (and What to Do If You're Low)

    The hidden reason 90% of women have bloating, reflux, and fatigue isn't "too much stomach acid" — it's too little. Inside: the 60-second at-home test, 10+ symptoms to watch for, and how to start raising it naturally. In this episode, I'm walking you through one of the most overlooked foundations of digestion: low stomach acid (also called hypochlorhydria). I see this in 9 out of 10 of the women I work with, and it's why so many "gut healing" protocols ultimately fail.
