    The Frequency War: Why the World Feels So Chaotic

    In this episode, I break down how reality is created through frequency, vibration, and emotion—and why understanding that changes everything about how we experience the world. I explain how our emotions produce measurable frequencies that shape our personal reality and contribute to the collective frequency of humanity. I talk about how consensus realities form throughout history, how belief systems spread through generations, and how large groups of people collectively create the world they experience together. From there, I dive into how control systems operate by keeping people in lower emotional frequencies—through stress, fear, nervous system dysregulation, and constant emotional triggering. When people stay stuck in those lower states, they remain disconnected from their power and their ability to consciously shape their reality. But the solution is simpler than people think. The real shift happens when we learn to regulate our nervous system, process the emotions stored in our bodies, and intentionally choose higher-frequency emotional states like courage, connection, gratitude, and love. In this episode, I also share personal experiences about processing stored trauma in the body, how emotions get trapped as energy, and why those feelings can surface later when your nervous system finally feels safe enough to release them. Most importantly, I explain how choosing your emotional frequency not only changes your individual life—it also contributes to the collective frequency of humanity.
