    It's My SpectreVersary! A year ago today, I met Daniel Noah & Elijah Wood when I stepped on stage to share my experiences with Sleep Paralysis on the SVR Live Panel at The Philosophical Research Society. I hesitated for days, not sure if I was ready to speak publicly for the first time about my relationship to the unknown. At this point, a podcast was nowhere near top of mind for me. I remember being so nervous, but listening back I actually sound fearless, a necessary reflection as I release the pressure valve for Season 2, evolving this podcast into a practice. This day was a doorway, one that ultimately changed the course of my life for the better.
