    A Letter to My Son Before He Turns One

    Thirty episodes later... here we are. For the Season 1 finale, I wanted to do something different. This isn't a recap of everything I've learned or another advice episode. Instead, I'm dedicating this episode to the little boy who made Mom Gone Mild possible my son, Axel. As he's about to turn one, I've found myself reflecting on this incredible first year of motherhood. The highs, the struggles, the moments that stretched me, and the little memories I already know I'll miss. I'm also taking a moment to celebrate every mom whose baby is about to turn one, because while we celebrate our babies, we don't always celebrate the women who grew, delivered, and loved them through that first unforgettable year. Whether you're a mom, hoping to become one someday, or simply walking through a season of growth, I hope this episode reminds you to slow down and appreciate the ordinary moments that end up meaning the most.     My take on 75 Hard

    I thought 75 Hard people were literally insane… and somehow I became one of them. In this episode I’m sharing my full honest experience with 75 Hard from a big girl perspective. Starting at 197 and ending at 170 but realizing this journey became about so much more than weight loss. We’re talking postpartum, yo yo dieting, DoorDash addiction, whole foods, workouts as a stay at home mom, GLP1 misconceptions, crying on Day 8, gallon water trauma, finding confidence again and learning how to actually choose myself. This is not a perfect transformation story. This is a real conversation about habits, discipline, mindset shifts, motherhood, healing and what happened when I stopped waiting for the perfect time to start.
