You Have Spiritual Gifts You Don't Even Know About with Kira and Shalese

What if you have spiritual gifts you've been using your entire life without even realizing it? In this episode of The Joyful Path Podcast, Kira and Shalese explore spiritual gifts, intuition, and personal revelation. We share some incredible personal experiences of following God's promptings, recognizing gifts in ourselves and others, and learning to trust divine guidance. We talk about the many ways spiritual gifts can show up in everyday life, from clear knowing and spiritual sight to empathy, discernment, and the ability to recognize what others need. Some gifts come naturally, while others are waiting to be discovered and developed. One of our favorite reminders from this conversation is that our gifts aren't just for us. They're meant to bless the people around us. Sometimes the smallest prompting to reach out, speak up, or help someone can make a difference we may never fully understand. We also discuss how prayer, meditation, and stillness can help us become more aware of God's guidance, overcome fear, and develop the gifts we've been given. Here's a little challenge for this week: Ask God, "What gifts have You given me, and how can I use them to bless someone else?" We hope this conversation encourages you to recognize your own gifts, see the gifts in others, and have the courage to act on those little promptings that can lead to something beautiful. Take the Step, Ask for Help, and Watch Joy Expand with Kira and Shalese

Sometimes the biggest change in our lives begins with one small shift in perspective. In this episode, Kira and Shalese talk about choosing faith over fear, trusting God with the next step, and finding more ease and joy—even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. Through personal stories and honest conversation, they explore what happens when we stop trying to carry everything alone and become open to divine guidance, unexpected help, and perfectly timed miracles. They also discuss moving through the fear of judgment, healing the beliefs and stories that keep us stuck, asking for help, and learning to recognize God’s hand in the details of our lives. Hard experiences will still come, but they don’t have to be wasted. When we become curious about what they can teach us, practice gratitude, and focus on the good that is already appearing, our capacity for joy begins to grow. As Kira shares throughout this episode: “Everything you’re afraid of is afraid of Jesus.” What is one small step you feel prompted to take? Share it in the comments! We would also love to hear about a time when God provided unexpected help or worked out the details in a way you couldn’t have planned. What If God Never Asked You to Be Realistic? Shatter Your Ceilings & Create the Impossible With Him | Kira Ritchie

In this episode of The Joyful Path Podcast, we sit down with Kira Ritchie, founder of the Go Bigger movement and creator of Studio Go, for a powerful conversation about vision, faith, identity, and what becomes possible when we stop playing small. Kira shares how one of the lowest seasons of her life caused her to lose sight of her vision—and how God helped her begin to see beyond her circumstances again. What started as a personal journey became a much bigger question: What if the ceilings we see in our lives aren't actually real? We talk about the limiting beliefs, fear, unbelief, and false humility that can keep us from stepping into the gifts and desires God has placed within us. Kira challenges the idea that wanting more is inherently selfish and offers a different perspective: What if expanding your gifts, resources, influence, and capacity allows you to do even more good in the world? We also explore what it means to stop obsessing over how our dreams will happen and instead bring our desires to God, take inspired action, and allow Him to help us create something bigger than we could create alone. In this episode, we talk about: • Why having a vision can change the way you experience difficult circumstances • Recognizing the invisible “ceilings” and limiting beliefs in your life • Why Kira says “thinking small is selfish” • The difference between false humility and truly knowing your divine worth • Letting go of the how and learning to surrender • Co-creating with God instead of trying to control every step • Why growth doesn't always have to come through struggle • Creating a vision for yourself and your family • Asking for help and allowing other people to use their gifts • The role of gratitude, visualization, and intentional thought • How Kira created Studio Go to help people keep their vision alive • Learning to receive, expand, and believe that more may be possible Kira reminds us that going bigger doesn't mean pushing harder. Sometimes it means challenging the ceiling, asking a better question, opening ourselves to help, and trusting that God has resources available that we can't yet see. Maybe the question isn't, “How am I going to make this happen?” Maybe it's: “God, what could we create together?” ✨ Learn more about Kira Ritchie, Studio Go, and the Go Bigger movement: 🎧 The Joyful Path Podcast Join us as we explore faith, growth, healing, identity, and what it looks like to create a life filled with deeper, lasting joy. Trapped Emotions, Forgiveness & Healing Through Christ | Jaclyn Taylor

What if the emotions, experiences, and hurts we carry are affecting us in ways we don’t even realize? In this episode of The Joyful Path Podcast, we sit down with Jaclyn Taylor to talk about trapped emotions, forgiveness, healing, discernment, and learning to turn to Christ through every layer of the healing process. Jaclyn shares the story behind her book and how her experiences with foot zoning, anatomy, emotions, and prayer led her to create a resource designed to help people uncover deeper emotional patterns. We explore the connection she sees between the body and emotions, why forgiveness can come in layers, and how our triggers can become invitations to heal rather than something to fear. In this conversation, we talk about: • Trapped emotions and how they may show up in our lives • Why forgiveness can be so freeing • Taking responsibility without carrying shame • Learning to forgive yourself • How Jaclyn uses her book to identify and release emotions • Asking God to reveal what still needs healing • Seeing triggers as opportunities for deeper healing • Learning to recognize and trust personal revelation • The importance of spiritual discernment • The Armor of God and spiritual protection • Navigating empathic and spiritual gifts • Why Jesus Christ is at the center of true healing One of the beautiful reminders from this conversation is that healing doesn’t always happen all at once.
